From the moment I spoke with their representatives, they listened, advised and then shipped my product that seemingly arrived in less than the time quoted. And while I am having issues with the completion of the installation, that I did not anticipate, and cannot attribute to FLAG, I would recommend them to anyone else who needs an ECM.

New PCM works as it should, key programming instructions were good and repair was successful. Another happy customer. Only complaint would be the shipping, UPS just not a good company to deal with in Canada, they are slow and support is poor, Fed Ex is much better here.

I needed a ECM for my Chevrolet Malibu I had been looking online and thought I found the correct part but before I ordered I decided to call and they helped me figure out that I had the wrong part and ended up figuring out exactly what I needed. The customer service was amazing and I really appreciate the time they took to figure it all out.

Customer service was great. They kept me up to date and informed with multiple emails. I really appreciated that. I plugged in the unit and my jeep started right up. I was very happy. The only thing that felt a little misleading was the price on the website. The advertising shows what you want as on sale, but.after placing the order you find out the sale doesn't apply to all vin #s. I love my jeep and happily paid the extra cost. I was a little upset, but the customer service really made up for it. Not sure that everyone else would be as forgiving. Something to consider.

Very pleased with the quickness they programmed my ECU and got it shipped. It came wrapped 3 times with bubble wrap and in a cardboard shipping box. Excellent.
The customer service from Yanni M. Was fabulous. She kept me posted on the programming and the shipping. I am very glad I found these guys. The ECU works perfectly and my 1995 Ford Ranger fired right up. I was having a hard time getting answers at the Ford dealer and I had almost given up on finding a plug and play ECU. This saved the day. Plug it in and truck fired right up. Many Thanks :)

Had a dodge truck that some times wouldn't start and would stall out. I checked it out and found something inside engine module was bad and replaced module it with a Flagship1 module.

Oreder a new PCM for Kia. We originally ordered the wrong one after submitting the vin# they provided me with the correct one no questions ask.

I was able to call them and get the right ECU for one of our fleet vans in just a matter of a week. They were very knowledgeable over the phone and shipping was fast. Installed the new ECU and we were back on the road!

I spent $950 on a part that was supposed to come pre-programmed to my vehicle. A professional mechanic installed it and unfortunately the part is defective throwing multiple codes (CAN codes) and the vehicle will not start. Flagship has been excellent to work with in getting the part returned and is refunding my money.

I had ROM failure from moisture and years of sitting. Once installed to my tech2 verified build reprogrammed to BCM. Did the key relearn procedure and a crank/Cam relearn once running. Have had zero issues since.

This is the second time ordering a pcm/ecm from the company, both times the modules came in on time and in perfect working condition to repair the vehicles. Customer service is great.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
