I purchased the ECM. It's on a shelf. I do not have the cash to have the Ford dealer install it yet. When I have money for labor I'll have installed. After that happens and I drive around, I'll let you know how satisfied I am.

My 2011 Ram had a fried alternator and the PCM wasn't signaling a voltage charge to the replacement alternator. I contacted Flagship for a rebuilt PCM, and the process was easy. I appreciated them sending me notifications of the progress and delivery. The installation was easy, and I didn't need to have it programmed by a dealer. Now my truck is running as if I had no issues.

Don't waste your time, or money, shipping across the country to some of these utube pcm "repairs". Do yourself a favor and just get it here if you can. Well worth it and to not have to deal with weeks of excuses from people "repairing" your modules and warranties to go along with. I've used them for Dodge, VW, Toyota/scion and have always worked.

Great company. Shipped faster than I thought it would. It was programmed to my vin number. Package was very well done. Installed it in my 2004 durango 5.7 hemi and it fired right up. After about 20 miles it synced everything together. Very happy. Will use this company again if needed. 5 stars.

Plugged into the truck everything was good had to do some programming on the security got that done but won't shift. Now I have to go to the ford dealer to get it done. More money I wasn't expecting. Gave the numbers off the computer and expected to be programmed.

I waited a week just ship, then I received a part that looked like it came from a junk yard, and it did not function at all. My truck is still not running, and now I have to pay my mechanic again. The FICM I received looked like it was just pulled out of some non running truck and shipped to me. It did have a sticker and some numbers on it. However, those didn't make it work. I am extremely disappointed in your service. I couldn't wait any longer, I pd roughly $50 more and got one locally. I will be contacting on Monday to return this a get a refund.

I ordered this for my mom's boyfriend, I spent some while looking for it on different sites but Flagship One was the one I liked the most since it looks very professional, I was a bit nervous since it's my first time ordering something like this but it was super easy to find exactly what I was looking for. After the order I immediately received a confirmation email and subsequent status confirmations about my order. The delivery came before I expected it and as soon as we plugged the computer on the truck it worked! Simple as that. Thank you for making this easy and having a trustworthy company!

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
