Called Flagship One for module for vehicle so the programmed 2 keys for it and had in mail the same day on Christmas eve and I received it 3 days later. I will use them a lot more often. Thanks to MaO very good on service.

Called and spoke with them about purchasing a FICM / IDM because it was not listed on their site. I asked specifically if it would be plug and play and I was told yes twice. My order confirmation said it would not be programmed, I responded back to it and asked, I got no response. Then i received a notification that the module was being programmed and shortly after that I got a notification that it was shipped so it was too late any way. Got the unit today and guess what, it's not programmed. So now I have to figure out how to get a dealer to program this and since the programming was "included" in my estimate guess who gets to eat that. Yep thats right, I eat it because I deal honestly with my customers.

Phone rep was very helpful. Provided info re: company/product information and how parts/vin # perfectly coordinated product to my vehicle. Provided info how company programs ECM with vin# and test for accuracy and performance. Ez ordering either online or as i did by phone. Especially liked the free shipping in U.S.!

Started out easy enough, then flagship sent me the wrong ECM. Told me it was compatible which I've never heard of. Once I returned it I was given the run around that it needed to be "tested". I was sent the wrong part I didn't understand the need for testing. Was told I would be given a final answer on Monday, run around again. They stole my money without a mask or a gun and I'm left with nothing but disappointment, not even the wrong ECM. I paid them to rob me.

Was in need of a PCM for a 2003 Toyota Camry. Submitted an online order. Flagship reached out to confirm all vehicle information. Received computer in just a couple days. Installed and everything functions correctly and no more check engine light. Happy to know it has a lifetime warranty in case any problems down the road. The ecm I ordered was the wrong part number for my vehicle, they notified me immediately and got me the correct one. Kept me informed every step of the way, and sent instructions to reprogram the key fob. Saved a lot compared to going to the dealer!

2006 Corvette loss of power shortly after start up. No check engine light, Multiple DTCs of data loss to random modules. Replaced battery and alternator but voltage readings on scan tool not consistent during the brief moments the car was running. Checked wires from alternator to ECM for continuity and shorts, all OK. Ordered replacement ECM from Flagship One, had some issues with starting after install but JO helped me out with the correct keyless instructions which were easy to follow and car is now running. Thanks JO for helping me out on a Saturday.

When I called Flagship, I was put in touch with a very nice woman named Marian I believe. She was knowledgable, polite, and most helpful. My order came within a week, and I was billed the price quoted. Which I thought very reasonable.

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience ordering the replacement ECU for my 30+ year old Honda. It arrived in a few quick days and worked right away! Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
