I ordered an ECU for my 09 Silverado. It got to me relatively fast, but once installed would never turn over the truck. I had a mechanic look at it and was told it was corrupted before it even got to me. Good thing my old one still works, the one I ordered would have left me stranded.

Fast and efficient! Plug and play like they said. I still had one issue and it wasn't the computer. I had a blown fuse that caused it not to start, but once I replaced it fired right up. Had a few codes but that was because the car sat for a little while. Live the product though! Worth the buy! Thanks flagship one!

Wasn't programmed properly. Vehicle ran better with my old pcm. Vehicle doesn't run due to bad unit. Waste of money and time.

Had an issue with my 97 4l60e transmission that 3 reputable mechanics could not repair due to an ecm problem. After using the local parts store ECM and a GM dealerships programming, still tge problem was not resolved. Flagship pre-programmed me a new ECM for plug and play with key relearn using just my vin number, shipped it within a 3 day window from NY to GA, received it in 2 days. Fixed my problem immediately. An awesome, awesome company to deal with.

Nelea was so helpful when I called in and asked about the part I needed for my car. She was patient and answered well my questions. She gave me status updates when my part was done w/ programming. She even called to follow up if the part was working correctly when installed.

Purchased ecm for 2008 Chrysler 300c. After installation I had 4 tbs/app codes. Relearned throttle body with scan tool. Codes still remained. Installed old ecm and throttle body and pedal position codes cleared. Emailed several times with no response.

We at Aroostook Auto Tech have used FS1 many times over the years for pre programed PCM. I can honestly state that I believe that we have ever had a problem. Several years ago a gentleman that had never been to our shop called about a Ram that he couldn't get to run.We diagnosed it as needing a PCM and quickly realized it had a new reman from FS1. We contacted your great service staff and they quickly realized that they had recently provided our new customer with the new unit. With out having to return it to be checked out you promptly sent out another piece so as to get this gentleman back on the road. We sent the unit back in to have it checked out and turned out it did indeed have an issue. Long story short your great organization made what could have been a $#*! show for our customer easy as most of us could have ever expected. Finaly found the right place, just hoping not to have to use the lifetime warranty. The only complaint is the sand blasting material that comes with the computer otherwise one week and my car is running like a top.

Called Flagship One for module for vehicle so the programmed 2 keys for it and had in mail the same day on Christmas eve and I received it 3 days later. I will use them a lot more often. Thanks to MaO very good on service.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
