Couldn't be more happy with my experience at Flagship! Ordered a PCM and it was direct fit with proper instructions to program ignition key. Installed, programed key as per instructions supplied. Performed crank cam coalition and i was on my way... almost the same price as an un programed PCM... and it came quick... great experiance

I ordered a replacement ECM for my old Ford. After ordering I was sent programing information for the making the keys work with the new Module. Then realized that it would require locksmithing and extra work and expense to make the existing truck keys work. Called Flagship and Dee N. Answered. She was amazing. Checked to confirm what I needed to make everything work, changed my order to include a set of programed keys to match the new module and completed all in a few minutes. Exceeded all expectations! Highly recommend both the company and Dee if you need any help!

Very pleasant and exceptional service, i called to ask about build time and ship times for products, and was given an exceptionally fast turn around time. I also like the fact that you do not need to take the ecm comes pre flashed, the customer was pleased to find that out.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience. I called to confirm I was ordering the correct part, and the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent, the full progress of programming and getting the unit ready for shipping was emailed. All of the information I needed was provided including key re-learning. Jam was my salesman and kept me informed on the process. Shynn called a cpl days later to let me know about the warranty and that it was being shipped along w tracking information. I haven't had the chance to use the product yet but w this much customer service I'm sure there won't be any issues. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time we've purchased an ecm from flagship. Both times we purchased them the computers sent to us were defective. The replacement procedure for defective units is time consuming. Maybe the third time will be the charm…

I ordered an ECU for my 09 Silverado. It got to me relatively fast, but once installed would never turn over the truck. I had a mechanic look at it and was told it was corrupted before it even got to me. Good thing my old one still works, the one I ordered would have left me stranded.

Fast and efficient! Plug and play like they said. I still had one issue and it wasn't the computer. I had a blown fuse that caused it not to start, but once I replaced it fired right up. Had a few codes but that was because the car sat for a little while. Live the product though! Worth the buy! Thanks flagship one!

Wasn't programmed properly. Vehicle ran better with my old pcm. Vehicle doesn't run due to bad unit. Waste of money and time.
