The refurbished pcm fixed the problem of random engine stalling. A new problem popped up with the install though. Now my evap circuit is showing a fault. I can live with that just don't care for the constant check engine light. 🙄

Received a computer for a dodge diesel truck and was skeptical because of the fact it had dirt and grime in the electrical plugs with metalic particles and oil in them. Cleaned them out and tried the computer and of course it did not work. The original computer would start the truck even intermittently. Sent it back and was told it tested fine and the only resolution was to send it back or send another unit but with no warrantee at all. Ya I'll pass. Not the way I expected it to be handled at all. They'll learn when they send that out to another customer that they are wrong. Purchased many units in the past but something has changed. Not impressed.

I ordered an ECM for 2002 Dodge Dakota. I was a little skeptical ordering online and everything seemed too simple to be true. It truly was a seamless experience. Fairly normal. Hardest part is the amount of time to receive from order date to receive date. I think it was 12 days this time.
We have had 2 defective computers out of 4 we have bought. After waiting basically 1 1/2 weeks for the 1st computer to arrive, then have it fail, then we have to deal with tech support, which could be 1 to 2 days per e-mail communication, then us having to wait for postal to get defective back to you, then again wait for tech to test it and determine it needs to be replaced and then when we ask to have it shipped priority, like overnight UPS, It comes post office which takes another week. All in all it can take up to 2 months or more from start to finish to get the car repaired and back to the unhappy customer, who can only yell at me. Now, I cannot blame the phone or sales people who have done everything to help us, but their hands are tied because of company policy. In my business, my come back with problem customers come first.
Ordered and delivered to me in Canada, about 3 weeks to get. Worked as described. Ordered right off their website with no real problems. Pretty easy.

Extremely slow order processing
Unfortunately after giving the company my vin number and programmed my key successfully. My car has a flashing check engine light and will not start. A waste of time and money….

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
