3 Attempts, and still not fixed

We have purchased several ECM and PCM"s through Flagship with no problems in the past. But the one we got a recently, we had to send back multiple times trying to get one that would work. This wouldn't discourage me so much except for the fact their process for sending a replacement is too time consuming! It should not take weeks to get replacements sent out when your not waiting for the original to come back. Finally after 3 attempts, we had to eat the cost and tell the customer were sorry but we cant help you!

Warranty process

Since the start of this warranty i have submitted the paper work 4 different occasions one being the first one which they said never receive and yesterday sent it out again and says the document needs to be signed and it is and doesn't give the option to send it again

Outstanding!

Order arrived much quicker than I expected, FS1 kept me informed about every step in the process. Once I received the unit I simply removed the old ECU, installed the new one and the car has been running great! I highly recommend!

Terrible phone customer service

I sent two emails to your company neither one I gotta reply to. I ordered a computer for my van. It turned out. The computer was not the issue. It's the harness plugs. I emailed your company back to ask being that you guys sell these computers that maybe just maybe you might know where I could get the harness plugs because I can't get it to work properly without these plugs my van has been down for weeks very disappointing not even the answer back

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/WARRANTY

I have been trying to get a PCM warrantied only to have your people argue about what is wrong with the PCM we have. This is still going on and if not resolved soon we will have to find another supplier. I have been asked for codes and symptoms and have supplied all information about the diagnostics performed. Most of the people you try to talk to when you call in can barely speak clear English.

Still waiting a cpu

My experience has been not good at all my customer is still waiting and part. They have no way of telling u when it will arrive usps. They did not let me know that it could be shipped ups until i had problem tracking my package. Once they sell you the part they could care less when u get it but they make sure they get they money.

Key would not program. Had to pay to have the key matched to the unit. USPS Shipping is Very slow. It would be better to ship UPS Or Puralator for international shipments even if there was an additional cost.
