When I talked to the staff I gave them my vin number and they said they would send me an "exact" fit and when it showed up it has one extra plug, being four of them. My original one has three
I've gotten five or six computers from this outfit and it was OK this one not good it took two months to get the computer finally the computer was not programmed with the right Vin number my customer dispute the charges so eventually my credit card company gave him all the money and I lost all that money I still got the original computer and I have got no answer from my representative princess

Ram 1500 no charging issue, bad ecu, installed f-1 ecu worked great only thing i had to do was relearn throttle. Worked great thanks again

I would Suggest you explain to the customer how to perform a hard reset following the installation of the TIPM. And the need to be sure thee wire harness plugs are properly seated.

Excellent communication. Customer service returned calls promptly. One recommendation: there is no mention of needing to program replaced PCM with the transmission's solenoid id & solenoid strategy. Only indicated needing to reprogram keys.
