We are so glad that we found your business because we had been told that our 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 could not be repaired. It needed an ECM and the dealerships said they could no longer be purchased
Or programmed! The person who answered our phone call was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able in just a few minutes to complete the transaction. We had the ECU installed and the truck is now running, with a minor issue or two, but it is running!

Customer service is great! My particular situation was unfortunately not the best. The PCM came protected well however it was slower to get than originally told. After getting the part I did have to program the computer due to the VIN being entered incorrectly. Overall was not a bad experience, just an annoying one. If you do not have a scan tool that can program I highly recommend double checking the VIN and making it clear as possible.
I was skeptical to purchase a PCM from a third party, just because of the significant cost that comes with replacing a PCM. The part took about a week but they communicated with me the whole time through every step and delay. The part took less than 10 minutes to put in and worked like a dream. This will be the place I get parts from in the future as they need replacing over time.
This company saved me $1200 compared to the cost of having the part replaced at a dealership. Well worth the wait.
If you're debating, give them a try. The parts have lifetime warranties depending on the part you're replacing and they package them very, very well.
Took long time to get. Put pcm in and got more problems than the old one.

OK SO I ORDERED A ECM IN THE BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY AND GOT IT ABOUT A WEEK OR SO. WHICH WAS A SALVAGE UNIT I KNOW BECAUSE THE SALVAGE NUMBERS WERE ON IT. I INSTALL IT AND IT WAS BAD SO I CALLED AND TOLD THEM AND AFTER WEEKS OF THEM GOING THROUGH IT THEY SAID IT WAS REPAIRED AND FINALLY SENT IT BACK TO ME ON THE 10TH OF MARCH AND WHEN THEY DID THEY SENT THE SAME ECM WITH THE NUMBERS SOME WHAT ERASED I INSTALL IT AND IT WAS STILL BAD SO I AM SENDING IT BACK FOR A REFUND. I HAVE BOUGHT OTHER COMPUTERS FROM THEM WHICH WERE OK BUT THE LACK OF CARING AND HOW LONG IT TOOK TO GET SAME ECM SUCKS THIS IS WHY I GAVE ONE STAR

PCM is correct & works as it should. However, turn around time is MUCH LONGER than advertised, & you should plan for a two week wait from time of order to delivery. We have had numerous transactions with this company, & have no complaints about the product, only with the time for order fulfillment.
