I ordered an Engine Computer ECM ECU Programmed Plug&Play on February 11, and I was kept welll informed on its status from the time I ordered it until the time it arrived in Canada three weeks later.

Purchased from them before, but this time the processing and shipping time was ridiculous. Almost a full month elapsed before I received the ecm I ordered. Also, the programming instructions provided did not work. Was able to successfully learn the key by following instructions sourced elsewhere.

Order this item on Saturday, programming and quality control competed by Thursday and in my mailbox by Saturday. My car is running better and the Transmission seems to be shifting a lot smoother. These guys are awesome.

Really not a happy camper. Absolutely ridiculous waiting times and to get a bad ecm to top it off. This has happened before with the delays! I expect what you post on your web site to be true! It should not take over a week to program a ecm and then ship it which takes 5 days from ny to florida. You should offer overnight red label and I would pay half. There is no justifiable reason for it to take so long to assemble and program an ecm. You need more employees! As of my last order we will no longer being doing business with you unless you change your shipping times and turnaround times. I am dealing xmodex in Canada and get my ecms, abs, and tcms in 5 business days. Btw i pay $90 for red label FedEx to Canada and they ship back same way. Never an issue. And they rebuild my units! Which is amazing, considering you have the modules in house and still takes a week minimum longer. Like I said hire more people and get your shipping on par with the others. It's 2025 nobody waits 5 days for delivery! It's either overnight or 2 day express.
I had gotten a computer for my 02 dodge Dakota but I am still not getting power to my truck and I've had it towed to a shop and they all say it's the computer. I've had to purchase another one after receiving the one I had gotten from you guys.
I bought a computer for a 1990 ford. Which was a first year. Fuel injection motor, i believe. Flagship is very professional in what they do. I strongly admire there work. My truck runs like it rolled off showroom floor. Thank flagship!

I had two locksmiths try to program keys to the new computer with no luck. Finally had to tow it to a service station where it took a very qualified mechanic two days to find the computer has not been properly programmed. Mechanic finally had to download a program from auto company and install to get my vehicle up and running. He ended up also using a locksmith to reprogram keys to assist in repairs. Needless to say I paid a good deal of money for a rebuilt PCM only to pay more, much more to get it to work effectively.
After a small sample the unit is performing well. Programming and shipping took longer than anticipated, but I'm happy.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
