Initial contact of Flagship on a Saturday entailed no waiting on hold, a live person, excellent dialogue and delivery of the product all within 4 days' time. The fact contact was made with that kind of service is impressive enough. Installation and operation of the rebuilt ECU proved successful as it is to the present. I have recommended Flagship to the auto repair shop I utilize as there is no facility in the immediate area and do so to any discussion relevant to service warranted by such facility as Flagship offers.

While this ECM/PCM worked exactly like it was supposed to and it did fix quite a few issues… it didn't fix what I believed was the primary issue that I thought was the problem that has been evading me for quite some time…

Overall good product went in no problem. Would have given 5 stars, but due to delays it took almost 4 weeks to receive my ecu. Will purchase from them again in the future when the need arises again.

I did not know 4 to 8 working days meant three weeks. I did not know when I gave all the numbers on a computer that you still needed a picture. Incomplete requesting of information, communtication poor communication, and expectations don't match information from you.

TOOK VEHICLE TO OUR SISTER FORD STORE TO HAVE INSTALLED AND KEYS PROGRAMMED AND WAS TOLD THE COMPUTER WAS NOT THE RIGHT ONE FOR VEHICLE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED I HAVE A FEW HERE THAT DON'T SEEM LIKE THEY WHERE EVER PROGGRAMED I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
It was so great to get a computer that did not have to be programmed. No more towing the car to the dealer for programming. I will use again.

You will need some info off the old ecm, and vin #. My new ecm arrived 2 weeks later, and popped back in. New ecm cleared all false codes. I did have a locksmith code my original key to new ecm.

I've ordered from flagship one a couple times before. Expect a couple of weeks to receive the order as the programming phase of the order seems to take longer then they state. Otherwise, great product and service.
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
