When my mechanic said replacing the ECM was impossible because no one could program it, I was ready to give up. One quick Google search changed everything. I found this site, ordered the ECM, and 15 minutes after it arrived⦠my car was up and running again. Shipping wasn't the fastest (no overnight option), but honestly, it was so worth the wait.
Product was not programmed as advertised. Cannot return so out 200+ dollars. Not saying this company is bad, just disappointed I cannot return. My problem was solved without this new part. My bad apparently.

I have balt 2 from them an I am very satisfied with both of them the first was a 2004 f150 so. E one has stoled the one that was on it an they made one that was turn key the second one was for a 1997 jeep wrangler it was turn key to I am very satisfied with both of them

I purchased a preprogrammed ECM and a set of keys for my 06 F150 to fix the 4WD system. It not only fixed my 4WD issue but took care of a running problem with the engine as well

Had this installed for about 2-3 months with zero issues so far. This fixed the issues on my 97 grand cherokee related to stalling, poor idling, and erratic engine response while running.

The price was very fair for the convenience of having programmed and shipped to me. It was truly plug and play as they described. My 24 year old car is back on the road! My only complaint is that it took longer than I had hoped. I will still recommend their services to others and will use them again if I'm ever in need.

Flagship told us it would take about ten working day to repair this computer. We didn't get it back for almost 5 weeks.can you imagine what it cost us to commute to work and college? We should have bought a new computer. In analyzing the computer you should have told us the truth about how long it would take.
I was very happy with my experience with purchasing an ECU from here. The turnaround was very quick and I was kept in the loop about the status of the order. Any time in the future I need an ECU I will be using Flagship One.

Not good customer service out on $200 PCM didn't work as needed wasn't flashed to the vin now I have to spend more taking it to dealership, a faulty codes from the truck it was taken from
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
