PCM failed in the fuel pump relay circuit. Provided VIN as requested at the time of order. Fast programming and shipping at a fair price. Plug and play. Fired right up. So far no issues. Repair completed over a month ago.

The ECU was shipped right away and fit my pickup perfectly. Resolved the CIL issue and rough running problems with my truck. Called customer service to inquire about shipping the old ECU back and the person I talked to was friendly and professional. Way better than going to the dealer. Made the ECU swap at a key shop so they could reprogram all my keys. Easy peasy. Highly recommended.

I wasn't overly fond of the costumer service. I received an email telling me that my part was going to be delayed and that it would ship in 2-4 buisness days, it was nearly 2 weeks before it finally shipped. I reached out on thier website but I was just told that it was in the final area... twice. The last time I messaged they told me it had shipped. I received it a few days later, undamaged and in priority mail. I was greatly relieved. The price was affordable and the car has been performing well since I installed it.

2009 Ford Escape PCM

I was asked to diagnose a no crank/no start issue on a 2009 Ford Escape. There was no communication with the PCM, ABS, or the IPC. We checked to powers, grounds, and other inputs and outputs. The data communication circuits were intact and working. No shorts in the comm network. No shorts in the 5-volt reference lines. We disconnected the abs with no change to the fault. We decided to try a new/reman PCM. After the PCM arrived, it was already programmed to the vehicle specifications. Plugged it in and the vehicle immediately started and ran normally after programing the keys to it and having all of the other modules accept it. The ABS still has a faulty control module, but the customer stated that they would look into fixing that later. In the future, we will go with the option of having the keys preprogrammed with the new module. I have used Flagship One on multiple other vehicles with 100% satisfaction.

Whatever I ask for or needed they were Johnny on the spot. It's easy to talk with them with chat room right there on the web page. It's quick easy and timeless. The part was packaged good. It was easy to take out and replace. My car is running like it used to not skipping and shutting down. I will definitely use them again and tell all my friends about them. I saved a small fortune with these guys and gals. Thank you flagship.

PCM MADE TRANSMISSION SLIP, HOPING IT DIDN'T RUIN IT. WHOLE NEW SET OF CODES AND BARELY DRIVABLE. GOING BACK TO OEM... AT LEAST IT WAS JUST A LIGHT THAT WAS READING INCORRECTLY.
