Difficulty getting the keys to program to the PCM. When I called Flagship customer service the girl was polite and went out of her way to help find a locksmith in my area that could program the keys.

My IDM in my truck went out and wouldn't fire anymore, but I ordered one from Flagship One, and was glad it worked. The time it takes to get to you is lengthy, but it's definitely worth the wait. My truck has never ran so good.

Replace the fuel injector control, module, and the ECM now 6.0 runs like brand thanks!

Called and gave my vin number and paid over the phone. Got computer in the mail, took it to locksmith unhooked battery first and installed computer myself and then locksmith scanned car for skim code and 5 minutes later it started right up and no more problems.

I was worried about the computer for my Mustang and if it would fit. Your agent really helped me because she corrected my order and gave me the right computer. She matched my VIN to my Mustang. That certainly saved me a lot of time, and my mechanic just inserted the new computer yesterday and it fits perfectly. Thank you! It makes me feel confident to order from your company again if needed.

When I scan the codes it showed a P1635 This truck is completely stock with a VIN of 1FTWW33P66EC*******

My experience to order was very good. She was very helpful and friendly and good fed back on my order was good. But it ended up being a broken wire.

I had dealership install and program the pcm to accept our keyless start. Your pcm would make vehicle misfire on cylinders 5 and 6. Dealership put my old pcm in and vehicle runs fine with no misses. I submitted an email earlier this week concerning this issue and have not received a response.

Mistake Made On Shipping Even Though I Was Very Clear Of The Situation. A Time Delay Occured.As A Result My Customer Was Very Upset & Had To Delay An Out Of Town Travel Plan!

Flagship One is usually slow with their service. I expected that, since this isn't the first time I've worked with them before. However, this time the unit still doesn't work after the repair. My vehicle doesn't even recognize it. I tried to get a hold of someone regarding this, but it's been difficult. I'm not sure if I would use this place again after this.

My experience ended up being longer than normal. My problems haven't changed with the truck and with no report from repair, I don't know if there ever was a problem with my ecu.

Pcm came well packaged. Changed out and had truck running within 20 minutes of receiving PCM. No issues and running great.
