I made the mistake of purchasing an ecu from fs1 on 5/27/25. It arrived slowly but it did arrive. It programmed correctly and appeared to work, though the car still would not run. The engine had low compression on top of the ecu issue, so we requested to return it. I received a response from regeena that it slums be accepted within 30 days. At this point we were in the return period and I asked to confirm the return address. 5 weeks pass by with no word from regeena, fs1, anyone. I called today to find out that they will not be accepting my return for Anything but store credit. Based on other reviews, they would have held onto it to test for weeks and denied the claim anyway. Save your money and go to a business that actually has integrity.

Flagship One Inc. has been an excellent source meeting the need for a replacement PCM for my vehicle. A quality product that far exceeds manufacturers cost. Nevertheless, customer service representative Raniella D. Went above and beyond my expectations to satisfy and address all my concerns pertaining to my PCM matter. Raniella exemplified sincere professionalism and a willingness to assist, and with complete knowledge of the product. Raniella is an asset to Flagship One Inc.

They claim 7-10 business days for shipping, I waited over 3 weeks for shipping. Keep in mind the return policy states return is 30 days of purchase date, Appeared to be be a salvage pulled product. Also they charge a 20% restock fee for all returns. Warranty also is only good for a 1 time use. Flagship One used to be a decent reputable company but they seem to have lost that. Update: FlagshipOne has reached back out to me in regards to this offering a waiver for programming. Only giving 4 stars cause Amy C was very polite and helpful.

I haven't received my part or gotten a single call back. This experience has been absolutely devastating. Everybody at your company is nice and I have no problem with anyone. Although three times over the weeks I've been told someone would call me back. The lack of communication is the second biggest problem other the me not getting what I paid for. At this point this entire situation is ridiculous.

It was easy to order especially because they had all of my information from the last one I had ordered. The company shouldn't advertise a lifetime warranty when they won't even talk to you about it and what it is doing. They just make you fill out a paper. I ordered another computer because they had my information and it's cheap and hopefully I can get a few years out of it and then junk out the car. If I can get 4 or 5 years out of this one, then that will be fine.

Over the years I've used Flagship One to replace ECM's, the service is great, you can call them directly if you have an issue, the team is very knowledgeable. The part is a greatly restored OEM ECM, that comes with actual detailed instructions unlike many products that I order now days. Overall Flagship One is filled with great people to do business with, not to mention the beautiful spokesperson that does they're commercials and adds, she got my attention.
