Plug n Play Vin# coded PCM does not work, Keys will not locate the PCM at all, Had a lock smith out and he spent over 1 hour and could not find the PCM on his unit to even re-key my vehicle. So my van still sits outside not running witha $415 car loan and its a month out before the dealership can get me towed in to try to program and clear all the error codes out from the PCM. Do not know if you want date of experience as purchase date or Date recieved so i tossed in a random date below
The computer you sent me did not work the technician is a certified General Motors technician. He put it on there and it showed nine different codes. Where was the old one? It only showed two he worked with it quite a while so I've been without a truck one week today. The Chevrolet dealership called me yesterday and said that they needed to put a new computer in from General Motors because they could not make that one work so I need to send it back and get a refund thank you.
Your product is horrible. It's not plug and play. I have to do a proxy reset for which I will have to spend a few hundred dollars getting the equipment. Your customer interface is ridiculous. Separating tech from the phones is stupid. U could put one tech who could give guidance. I should have just went to the junk yard. My Diagun would rewrite the vin. I bought two computers from u. I called on the phone gave flagship my VIN number. They shipped the VCM within 2 to 3 days I received it put it on the truck did the key relearn and hadn't looked back since working very well thank you flagship

I realize this might not be under your control, but tracking packages is difficult with the USPS. The package arrived while their website stated that it was in pre-shipment.

The circuit for the #3 coil crapped out (Known ECM issue, Ford Escape 3.0L). Shipping was fast enough that I got the new ECM in time to install on the weekend. Super happy.

Sent for testing. Multiple weeks in process to be tested. The sent the ecm back we reinstalled. Now the is zero commincation from the ecm. Prior to sending to Flagship we could communicate we simply had erroneous codes. Please respond asap.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
