Unit came fast, even though it was the holiday weekend. Pretty much plug and play. Worked perfectly the first time. Second time I have ordered and second time I was thrilled. Highly recommended
The only issue I had was that I get a P0102 code and a P0113 code after install. I may need to get this unit recalibrated. I troubleshot the Mass Airflow sensor and even replaced it but code remains. But it did fix the car and instructions were great.
This feedback is about de second time I've ordered a part for my jeep. The thing is that you offer some date to deliver the parts, in my case, and you didn't get the date. I was on time at friend's home in Miami expecting the arrival was ok. I ask for the part on time because I had to go back to Colombia. Finally, I have to leave and my friend had to ship the part to Colombia having to pay much more. I was very dissapointment from you.
Part has not arrived as promised. Said part was going to arrive next following week and it took weeks more to have it delivered

I ordered a PCM for my truck and was told it would be plug and play. I sent in the VIN number to them and waited for the arrival. When it finally came in I installed it in my truck and the truck went into security lock up. I had to reinstall the old PCM to get my truck to work at all. I was told that it would cost me 1100 for someone to come reprogram it to work. I tried to call and email to get it resolved and got no response at all.

The ECM I ordered came promptly, was well well packed (in good condition) and worked as expected. I was a little set aback as it woke up with, like, 10 codes and a few nasty lights on the instrument panel (looked like it had a bad hangover;-). After clearing the erasable codes I had two "permanent" ones left. A dive to town and back (one drive cycle) cleared them. All's well thereafter. It might have been a good idea to include a sheet preparing me for that possibility.
They were very responsive to any questions I had for them and once I shipped them a Ford computer I had it back in less than 2 weeks. I have used them before in the past for a Lexus ECU and they delivered the same great product for it as well. Previously I had another company rebuild that same Lexus ECU and it never would run right until flagship one rebuilt it.
Request a specific ecm, and receive exactly what u need! Keep it up!
Part arrived decent time need let people know you have to sign for it. I was at work.
Dilivery was over a week late. The pin socket was improperly cleaned. However it did perform as expected.
Replaced dme plug & drive now car will not go into any gear will start and run will not drive.
