Very easy to work with, very nice people. Had a shipping issue and they fixed it right away with out any extra charges. Would work with them again anytime.
As advertised had to take it to the dealer for some tweaks. Flagship did say that I might have to do that works fine. After install car ran fine. Replaced oil sending unit no lights or errors. Part was as advertised.

Ordered a PCM for my vehicle that was supposed to be programmed for my specific vehicle. When it arrived and I installed it was showing the wrong vin number and year for my vehicle. Contacted them and they approved the return. After waiting a few weeks I finally received it and upon install it was still the same issue. Wrong vin and year. Emailed them again and never got a responce.
This is my third order with Flagship I would trust no one else for this. I've always been extremely satisfied with the systems. So far I've never had an issue with them after installation. My only concern is the amount of time it sometimes takes to receive. But I understand shipping can be an issue.

Ordered a "new" ECU for my son's car. A few days after it arrived, I went to install it. However, it did not work. I put the old one back in and requested a refund. Never got a refund and never heard from anyone at Flagship. Lost $200. I would not trust this company.

FlagShip1 is hands down the best company I have every had the pleasure of doing business with when it comes to vehicle specific electrical components. They check and double check to make sure VIN numbers are correct so that I receive the correct module for the vehicle. The programming is top notch which not only saves me valuable time as a technician because I don't have to spend extra time programming units but also my customers time and money. The fact that this company has case managers who will call and confirm that I received my invoice for payment, keeps me updated on the programming process, and confirms that I received my unit undamaged is 100% how business should be done. They also make sure to send any information for the specific vehicle is a PATS system needs to be done with step by step instructions. Placing orders is a breeze also. You can actually talk to a real person if you place an order online or by phone.

Seems to be adjusting correctly now. Didnt get check engine lights with my old one, but it was 20 years old and off somewhere in the fuel, air, spark ratios. Now its smoother on shifting and engine vibration so Im pretty happy with it so far. Definitely beats paying 800+ at the dealership...
Turns out I did not need it, but went ahead and installed it and it works perfectly so I have the original as a spare now. Was shipped quickly within the stated timeframe and very well packaged.
I replaced my ECU in my impala. It needed to be done. The price was right! Plus I was able to do everything myself. I even reprogrammed my keys with no problems. The smoothest work on my car to date.
