When my moms 99 Maxima needed an ECU it was nearly impossible to find the one she needed not only did I find It here it came programed and ready to go for plug and play action! Took about 2 weeks to get the part from order date including them programming everything they needed to so ir would work out perfect! Thank you guys at F1 for an amazing job!
The ECM i bought from you was junk. It took to long to get to me and when i put it in the car the car ran like $#*!. I had to take it to a mechanic and they said it wasn't programed correctly
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience correcting the heating fault in oxygen sensors 1 and 2. However, another fault reappeared, p0139, which seems to come from the silencer, which seems to be loose from the inside (very noisy), and needs to be replaced. Thanks for the good work!

Slow communication. Never received any information until I called. No updates on this order, no tracking number until I called you. Not very good customer service.
I was looking for a new ECU for my toyota truck.
Flagship One website was easy to look for my computer part number.
The new ECU has been installed for 3 weeks already, and it's working fine.
E. C. U. was delivered more than one week after I ordered. (California) but I was not in a rush.
Had no trouble ordering and keeping track of my item while I waited on it to be shipped. It fixed my car and was up and ready to drive with in a day.
The order process was easy. I received updates by email and when the reconditioned PCM was received, it functioned better than my old one ever did. I am very satisfied.
On line purchase was smooth but prompt shipping and customer service are most important.
Had great service getting a PCM for my 2005 Dakota. Communications throughout the experience was fantastic as well, keeping me informed on status / shipping/ ect.

I placed my order and received it really quickly. I was able to track my package with no issues. Jefferson was the representative who called me and was really informative and friendly. He told me to fill out the lifetime warranty which I didn't even know my part came with which is exciting. He also told me when to expect my package gave me the order number and I could call back with any issues.

Installed the new "Pre Programmed Control Unit". Vehicle would not start or run. Re installed original control unit, vehicle fired right up and runs. Very dissatisfied with this product...
