Inspect your ECM before installing

Like always a smooth transaction, we received a damage ECM, some of the clips were broken so our connector wasn't making good contact, didn't figure that out till later and after buying extra parts thinking there was another problem, I believe these are used parts they just programmed them, inspect your ECM well before installing

Completely unprofessional

We've ordered multiple PCMs from Flagship, and not once have they delivered within the promised 3–5 business days. Our most recent order was critical for keeping our shuttle bus running, yet the unit was delayed well beyond the timeline and only shipped with 2-day service — instead of being expedited overnight to make up for their delay.
Their lack of accountability has directly impacted our business operations and left our customers without transportation. For any automotive shop in Hawai'i or elsewhere considering Flagship, be warned: their shipping commitments are not reliable, and delays can cost your business real money and reputation.

Horrible experience

It took 4 days to process the order. Paid for 2day shipping then was told it would be three days to receive order and I had to talk to shipping company. Part sent was in wise shape than the one being replaced

Garage tells me the car starts, but the computer forces auto-shutdown after a few minutes. They claim there is a problem with the programming. I have requested refund and return shipping label.

Worst customer service

I hope you post real reviews. I read all your raving reviews which is why I decided to use a "reputable" company. Pffff! From the start it was alot longer process than advertised, I have patience so ne big deal. My tr7ck still ran at the moment. The ecm gets here. I installed "plug and play" ecm. Half my gauges dont work, truck did start. I tried to scan the ecm, not even recognized by my scan tool. Phoned customer service... "this is where it all goes down hill" Send it back they say... shipping at my expense cause I choose to live in Canada. I could deal with that. I explained what was going on with the unit... I was then told they would email me a form to fill out for a return approval "say what" it's your product and it doesn't work immediately not 6 months down the road. By now I am frustrated to say the least. I fill out the form get the email for return. The information is not correct... I phone to clarify. Anyway, I go through the process requested, left feeling unconfidident in the product and company. Request a refund. Sure but eat the cost of shipping, oh and cause I am in Canada I pay another 400 in duty and taxes... " Not our problem" Now I get an email for my refund... three business days have passed. Not posted to my account? " not our problem phone your bank"
Phine my bank nothing pending, phone back " could be 5 business days " if it's not there by then phone your bank" what NO you will get a phone call. Hope my refund posts soon and I can be done with this whole ordeal.

2004 computer replacement part.

I ordered a PCM engine computer for my 04 Silverado received it in a timely manner along with installation instructions. I followed the instructions and my truck started right up with no problems. Great experience with Flagship.

Advertising somewhat untrue

It said it was plug and Play you had to give them the VIN and they said it was programmed all you had to do was plug it in and go and that was not true I had to pay somebody with a Snap-On scanner to come to my house to program the security on it which cost me $150

Places my order on the site, which was a simple process. Order took longer to fulfill, which was communicated to me via email. Finally received my order. At one point received an email regarding key relearning procedure. A few days before the install I emailed customer support to resend instructions. I went ahead with install, tried to start the car and nothing. Now I purchased the pcm because it was supposed to be programmed to my VIN. Luckily I had a mobile locksmith on site for a replacement key. He hooked up his scanner and informed me the unit was not programmed at all. He programmed the u it and the car started. Here we are three days after install and still no reply from flagship 1.
