You lied to me in an e mail then you were told no to deliver on the weekend an you tried then the postoffice did not deliver the next business day I call you an you told me it was my problem to find it I ask for a supervisor an she could not because she works from home people who work from are useless no help an don't have all day to spend on the phone!

Worked right away when installed

Needed a new pcm for my charger, got one from flage ship programed, forgot to give them my milage so that was off quick change with scan tool fixed that. But started right up once installed and working great. And it shipped quickly as well took longer for the throttle body to get here from mopar than it did for them to program and ship out the pcm.

Was explained how it would work and 95% was correct except for informing me when it shipped out but other than that I would recommend your company to everyone who needs a ECU done. Only wish that you did other vehicles.

I Ordered a TIPM, took about 2 weeks to arrive (I am located in Canada and it was being shipped from the United States). As they stated, there was no programming needed, and it was just plug and play. Took me all of 10 minutes to install and it works great. Price point was also very reasonable and customer service was great as I accidentally double ordered originally and they were very quick to help me cancel the second order and refund me right away. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

We had a waterlogged ECM. We sent the original one to Flagship, but it couldn't be repaired, so they cloned the computer. We installed the cloned computer, and the vehicle started right up!

Great product

Ordered an ECM for 2005 PT Cruiser, after a small delay got the computer without a need of sending an old one to them. Works great! All the problems are gone! Before finding Flagship One, used different vendors and had nothing but problems. Will not even look any further in the future other than Flagship One!

This is the longest I have ever had to wait on shipping which was excessive. Once received the PCM was worse than the PCM we removed from the vehicle. Support ticket filed and had to send the new PCM in for diagnostics after waiting nearly two weeks for it.

I have used this company for almost a decade across multiple shops I have managed, In the last 45 days I have ordered 3 "plug and play" modules, first one had to be towed to dealer to get programmed (not plug and play. Second was ordered 2 weeks ago and still has not arrived, I was also lied to about whenthis module would ship. Third, was told it was shipping in 24-48 hours and then, nearly 48 hours was called back because they needed more information because it hadnt reached the programming department after 9 days. Yes, the price is great, and if you have a side project that you can wait a month for the computer they may work for you, but if you are trying to run a business, this is NOT the place!

Never again

Placed an order for a computer for my 96 F350. Received it and was the incorrect unit. Email the company and they stated that the software was correct and will not be an issue. Installed the computer and it was worse than the original one. Contacted customer service and ended up sending that unit back. They said they would send me the new replacement unit, after several weeks I still haven't heard anything back. Contacted them again for a refund and only received half payment back. They said it's a used unit and a restock fee. I shouldn't have to pay anything. The company gave me the incorrect unit and wasn't able to provide the correct one. Still haven't received my full refund to date. Next step is legal action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had to make several calls to get them moving on the programing - when it did finally arrive and I got it installed it improved the idle but the throttle issue still exists - I can't drive the truck the way it is to a dealer - so I am waiting for a mechanic to show up with an analyzer to plug in and see if there are any other faults.

I would give -5 stars if I could. I ordered my part still 15 days later no updated info said it hadn't left programming yet. Called got a runaround saying all 4 times that my account manager would be notified asked to speak directly to them they told me that wasn't possible asked to speak to a supervisor was told that wasn't possible that it had to be my account manager no one could give me an update only excuses and lies... Do not deal with this company they are totally incompetent. I cancelled my order and went to a different company.
