Pre-programmed ECU that needs program in once installed. As the title says what's the point of buying a pre-programmed ECU if it needs programing once installed. Before I bought it I had an email chain going with customer service and I was never told this was needed. Now I have to take the car to the dealership anyways.
The product and price was great! My rating was for the communication. I asked if they could let me know when it was being shipped because I as not sure if it should be delivered to the automotive garage or to myself. I was needing it ASAP and I was told"definitely I will call you." Well there never was a phone call and it was delivered on Saturday when the shop was closed.
Computers that are promised on a date have not made them here lately and cannot receive any information about what's going on. The last one I ordered the girl promised me that wouldn't happen and I got a letter where it has been delayed because of some problem with the program waiting to see.
It was said the ECM was going to be programmed to my VIN but it was not. It was misleading and I was required to have someone program it after I installed it.
I got EXACTLY what i ordered. No hassle at all. They even sent me email instructions before my unit arrived to help with programing the keys. Couldn't be happier.
Well, the costs went from "That ain't bad!" to "Geez...!" in an alarming fashion. And the delivery seemed to take a little longer then I had expected. But it works, my vehicle is up and running, so I really don't have a lot to complain about. Thanks.

I ordered a pcm for my charger rt, the site is easy to follow, easy to order from. I pulled my pcm and got the #s the selected the right one from the list, they will verify by vin. Got my pcm within a week, pluged it in and started my car.
I got your business on e.bay because it just mentioned to froward VIN # to get a plug and pay unit after a full week of already order I got a email that I needed to forward my old unit in order for them to clone. Or get a unit that needs to be programmed. Then I took another 3 weeks to receive until that needed to program.
We have ordered multiple computer brains from flagship and they all have worked perfectly. The ordering and manufacturing process is emailed step by step so we know where the computer is at. Fast shipping and the product is very protected.
The pcm that I ordered for my 02' Saturn was in good condition and the programming instructions that were emailed to me were very helpful.
My 2011 Ford Escape went dead on me, no response from turning the key, lucky it was right in my driveway when this happened. It was the ECM (computer) that went bad. I ordered a replacement at a very fair price from Flagship. Got a local mobile mechanic to stop by and program it to the vehicle and it was fixed! Cost for ECM plus programming came to 335,00 total! Not bad at all!

After my mechanic determined my computer was bad, I attempted a warranty replacement but you required over 2 hours of test at $150 an hour charge by my mechanic. Did not make sense to have my mechanic run your specific test when he already determined it was my computer which failed. I had to order a new computer to get my SUV back on the road and to save myself over $300 in extra charges. I would honestly like a refund for tbe need to buy a second ecu when you offered a lifetime warranty?
Flagship customer service was very attentive and informative regarding updates to the readiness of my computer for my Saturn Sky up until delivery.

From date of order to receipt of product took just a bit too long for my needs. Yes it took over 2 weeks to receive the Item. If a company is experiencing staffing issues then they need to adjust the hours of operation or hire more employees. Being backlogged isn't good and easily remedied with the simplest possible solution. Items finish is raw but the product worked Flawlessly. I lost a customer due to the unexpected wait time not fitting her NEEDS. She needed her car immediately so it was towed away from my shop. I was able to gift her the PCM for later needs. I will use this company again but I will be ready to wait 30 days to get my item. Now that I'm aware it's not an overnight item and will take time it's going to be disclosed to my customers. It's a shame the website don't mention Waiting 20 days to receive the item. Only says 2-5 day shipping. Super Fast Shipping as I received it 2 days after USPS picked up in NewYork.
I was ensured multiple times that my ecu would come with everything needed including instructions for immobilizer programming. This information was falsely given to me, the ecu showed up to the shop programmed but no immobilizer programming instructions or anything to plug into the OBD2 port. I called and left a voicemail message since nobody answered the phone and never got a call back to help me. I ended finding the instructions online to program the ecu to the immobilizer.
My truck was struck by lightning would not start or turn on my PCM had burned out called flagship gave my full vin number they sent me my new plug and play my truck is running great
I had the computer module installed but I found out that I need to have new keys programed to the computer it's going to cost me another 160.00 I wish I had known this.
