I placed my order and received it really quickly. I was able to track my package with no issues. Jefferson was the representative who called me and was really informative and friendly. He told me to fill out the lifetime warranty which I didn't even know my part came with which is exciting. He also told me when to expect my package gave me the order number and I could call back with any issues.

Installed the new "Pre Programmed Control Unit". Vehicle would not start or run. Re installed original control unit, vehicle fired right up and runs. Very dissatisfied with this product...

The staff was very helpful and knowable about product. But still the new com was not working at all i had original taken to a dealership in reno and flashed it worked perfectly

Took 3 weeks to get the part called twice and the second time they put a rush on it and still took another week to get here new computer works fine haven't had any trouble just make sure you check and triple check the parts number there is a lot of different numbers and just one and it's the wrong part

Great product worked perfectly. I installed it and got the key programmed my truck started up and no more issues. I recommend buying the one with two keys already programmed. That will save you money.

Easy as pie. Plug n play. Programming key was easy. Took a lit'l long to get it. But all is good

The ECM I ordered was easy to install, was already setup, and just needed the key programmed. The staff walked me through the process of programming the key. I'm back on the road with the help of the wonderful staff and I have to give them major credit because they were ready and willing to help!

The staff are easy to deal with. No hassle. I appreciate the updates once the order has been placed up to the day it ships. The only hang up I have is I wish it didn't take so long to receive the part.
