I ordered a computer for a 2001 Chevy Silverado for my uncle then realized he did not need it the package was never opened I returned the item on my expense to be refunded here it is a month later and like others are saying I am getting the run around and that I will receive a email about my refund 149.99 was the purchase price I understood it was gonna be a 20%restocking fee but I received $35 I'm no math wizard but I do know my refund is NOT $35 I call everyday and told every time I call my account mgr who is in charge of my account is not available I wish I did my research prior to ordering from here. This company has no professionalism stay away

I tried no stars. They do not return calls and sell parts that do not work. All they want is a credit card. Good luck getting a part. It's a scam, I should have listened to the other reviews.

Ordered on July 15th and was charged that day. Shipped the 27th (not bad considering) part was programmed for a different vehicle that is listed on my account for some reason (never ordered from before, won't ever again) sent back, they sent a replacement 6 WEEKS LATER AND GUESS WHAT. Still not programmed correctly. Now they refuse to issue a refund because the purchase was more than 30 days ago. Not my fault.
Keep your money, go to anyone else. These guys scam and are pulling a legal game to keep $142.00. Won't answer calls or emails. Took 75 days from initial purchase to even get a email from my case manager Neil. Buyer beware, and don't be a buyer from this horrid company.

I ordered an engine computer for my 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser from FS1 and when the order was taking awhile to fulfill even after receiving the tracking number I became worried after reading all the negative reviews. Messaging their customer service reps really helped ease the stress and they kept me well informed. They are not working at full capacity with covid19 restrictions in place so it has slowed down their capabilities of getting your purchases out to you in a timely manner (mine took about 3 weeks from time of purchase) but I was able to receive my engine computer and my car works perfectly now. I gave 5 stars to help cancel out some of the negative reviews as many people who have had good experiences do not think or bother to rate whereas you are more inclined to rate a negative experience, otherwise I would have rated 4. My only negative comment is I wish they would have been more upfront about how long the item would take to ship out.

ECM Product failed after 3 months, left me stranded, car had to be towed ($100), car was completely unresponsive... claim 24-48 hour response to get "approval" to return faulty product, first you must fill out an authorization form, then its sent to get approval from a supervisor for final approval to get return shipping label IF they deem your reason for return is valid? Well got form within 48 hrs., filled it out, e-signed it, was sent. As of this review 7 days later STILL waiting for approval to return. Call and site chatted with customer service asking where and why was this taking so long to get shipping label to return. EVERY single response was a run around claiming an "account Manager" will get back to me, NEVER HAPPENS and i contact them DAILY concerning my issue. I have no car due to their product failure, ask them concerning covering tow bill due to THEIR product failing was basically told TOO BAD they dont cover that, as of this review still no actions or response by company, when getting customer service by phone, your told your going to be forwarded to "account Manager" then you are placed on hold till either you get tired of waiting for over an hour or their phone just hangs up. SO MAD that this company DONT CARE if their product has an issue, dont care if you got stranded, wont cover tow bill due to their product failure. Best part is if you request refund they charge you a 20%! Restocking fee and an $85 programming fee due to programming it to your vin! So if your ecm cost say $200 minus (20%).$40 restocking fee and $85 for programming fee, they still get $125 for a faulty ecm THAT THEY SOLD! And you CANNOT get refund after 30 days! You can ONLY get store credit or replacement unit! WHY would i want store credit or replacement to have a possible faulty product, get stranded, no tow bill coverage, and absolutely the MOST TERRIBLE customer service ive ever experienced? THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT... BEWARE! You have been warned!

Misleading information

After ordering my PCM I got an email stating that a part was pulled and was awaiting program status. After email I finally got another email saying my part was awaiting final process and I would receive a email when it was sent out. Its now been 3 weeks of my jeep sitting in the driveway waiting for my part, and still no idea when I may see my part. Fake positive reviews. Horrible customer service! I wouldn't recommend Flagship one to a enemy!

The PCM (Power Train Control Module) on my son's Jeep went out. The dealership informed us that Jeep no longer made the part so it was up to us to either get this unit repaired or find a new one thru aftermarket.
Since there were no local repair shops able to do this work, we search the internet and found Flagship One out of Lynbrook, NY on Friday, August 14th.

During the online chat on their website, they assured me they could repair the PCM and if not, my money would be refunded. During the phone conversation, when I place the order, I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO CONTINUE TO SEARCH FOR A NEW PCM and I asked IF I DID FIND A NEW UNIT, COULD THIS ORDER BE CANCELLED. I was told yes.

I found a new PCM over the weekend, so on Monday, August 17th, (the next business day), I emailed them stating that fact and told them to cancel my order and to please send me an email me informing me that my credit card had been credited the full amount. OUR PCM WAS NEVER SENT IN TO FLAGSHIP ONE. THEY DID NOT DO ANY WORK ON OUR PCM.

After several days, I did not hear back so I contacted them via their website chat and explained the situation AGAIN. They assured me a credit would be applied to my credit card ASAP. I asked if I would receive an email verifying that and was told yes.
I did not hear back, so I contacted them again via chat, they apologized and I was told the same thing, my credit card would be credited and I would be sent an email verification. Again…OUR PCM WAS NEVER SENT IN TO FLAGSHIP ONE. THEY DID NOT DO ANY WORK ON OUR PCM.
It is now in the hands of my credit card company to dispute and hopefully file a complaint. I doubt very much if any of the published high reviews are even legit.

Flag Ship 1, Inc – No service/ No Response -- A RIP OFF

I ordered a 2005 Saturn Ion ECM unit on 9/01/20. It Finally shipped on 9/4. It was installed on 9/14 due to my mechanic being on vacation for Labor Day week. He determined that the new unit was defective. He connected a scanner to the car and the scanner could not see it ( DOA). I called several times to get this resolved and finally received an RMA request form, Filled it out and submitted it. That was on 9/16-- no response thru 9/30! They appear to be a complete RIPOFF! I give them a -10 rating for there no service response.
DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS with them. There are others like me..

Warranty issues

I purchased a pcm, I'm having an issue with it, they simply stopped responding to my questions and warranty process. I tried calling, was always on hold! I have sent multiple e-mails, no response. The ones they did respond to did not address my clear question and concerns. I will not recommend them. They happily take your money, then when an issues arises, nothing! Not cool!

I ordered an ecm June 18th and it was not programmed correctly according to the nissan dealership. I sent it back they received it on July 2nd. I called them over 20 times and they never connected to my account manager or any other manager. After contacting the BBB they sent me a refund of less then half of what I paid. To be fair they told me the reason for sending me 90 dollars was for 20 percent restocking fee and 85 programming. Why should I have to pay for a program that was not done. They are crooks stay far away.

I bought an ECU but unfortunately it had some issues. When i contacted them to return it, they didn't give me a hard time like people here are saying, it went smooth and seamless. Their customer service is on point.

The absolute worse experience I've had with an on-line purchase. NO personal service; PIECE OF CRAP sent to us (programmed computer "brain"); NO help on return; NOTHING that even comes close to a happy experience... and TWO MONTHS wasted. Read other complaints. They are all true. (Call ProTech... what a difference.)

Do not buy from this people

I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR but I had to in order to give a review. I placed an order at the beginning of July after the representative on the phone assured me that was the part that I was looking for to later find out the part was incorrect. The shipment took over 3 weeks to get to me and when I realized the part was wrong I immediately called them to order the correct part and return the one I got. It's September now, and I have yet to receive a shipping label. I have provided customer service with various emails as well as phone numbers to be reached at. I have called numerous times and spoken to the customer service reps who assured me an account manager will be getting back to me but I still have not received a callback or the return shipping label. I am blown away by the lack of seriousness from this company to do business. I feel ripped off and discarded as a customer and consumer. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else shopping at this establishment.

I wish I checked these guys' reviews prior to purchasing. Have been waiting for a reman ECU since early August. Had ONE email from them stating they had a bad ecu 1 week after purchase... silence for 4 weeks since then. Multiple emails, phone calls, etc and no answer. Charge back initiated and have purchased elsewhere. Don't waste your time with these con artists.

"Your case manager "

Still waiting over a month for a pcm to come in, still no parts. Case manager keeps giving a fake tracking that hasn't been updated since 8/27/2020 and today is 9/16/2020. "Your tracking will be updated in 48 hours". Worse service, nobody responds back to emails or calls! I'd rather order a car part from Harry wormwood before I order from here again
