I've purchased from Flagship one three times over the years, the products have always come as described, easy to Install and program, if needed. I will say the last ecu I ordered came with bent pins on the connection, the box it came in was in mint condition so I suspect it got past quality control. Their service was #1 in getting me a replacement. Just like the previous two ecu's it worked flawlessly. I talked to the customer a few months after the repair and they told me their Ford Ranger has never run so well!

So sorry that i did not find the reviews before I purchase this pcm. Received it and found some corrosions on plug# 2 pins. Very upsetting because it is expensive. Plugged it anyway and my van will not start, it will crank but no start. No fault code recorded but no fuel coming from the pump. Reinstalled the original pcm and have no problem starting. Called their number and was transferred out of the country, spoke to a guy named venus who don't know $#*!. After several calls and email's still waiting for results. Since, it is Sat., I willl have to wait for next week to waste more time. Just hoping, I will not be scammed and get my refund, or otherwise will call the bank to dispute this purchase.

Scammed out of a ECM. Never did send me my warranty ECM. Every time I have called been told it is either being shipped out or waiting on quality control to release part

I purchased a fuel injection control module (FICM) through this company and I am highly disappointed. To start, the module I received was more defective than my original FICM that went bad. On initial turn of the key it wouldn't even test cycle the injectors. I reached out to them to try to resolve the issue, only to wait weeks for a single response. I waited so long for their response that by the time they got back to me they claimed my module was no longer returnable unless I wanted store credit. Even with my distaste by this point for the company I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried to just swap the defective module they gave me for a new one. They then sent me a long form to fill out explaining what the issue was so one of their technicians could diagnose the issue… if you know anything about diagnostics, you know that you can't diagnose an issue completely without actually having it. Reguardless, I filled out the form, just to wait weeks again for a response, this Tim claiming they need FURTHER information. By the time I received that email I had already purchased a module through a different company that worked just fine. This company is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with and I will never do business with them again.

Ordered a module for my 2007 Chey Malibu Maxx 3.9 l for $194 US. I was charged $105 US shipping which is a rip off. Company is making profit off of shipping charges. $50.00 Cdn Customs Charge. The Engine Computer ECM ECU arrived with broken guides so it was wobbly when installed. Not only that it did not work at all. I had to pay a return shipping fee of $29.76 Cdn which is what Canada Post charges. Replacement unit arrived and had to pay another Customs Charge of $43.95 Cdn. This all took about 3 weeks. Mechanic was upset. My multiple emails asking for a store credit or partial refund were ignored by CSR Regine. I called in and CSR John could give an explanation to my questions. Do not use this company! Customer Service is more than brutal and they ignore you and leave you hanging if you have any questions or concerns. Better to just go to a dealership next time. They would not even tell me why the first unit did not work. They messed up and took absolutely zero responsibility and cost me another $73.71, and caused a lot of aggravation, inconvenience and waisted time!

ORDERED TWO DIFFERENT COMPUTERS, ONE FOR A CARAVAN THAT WASNT CHARGING CORRECTLY, RECIEVED REPLACMENT ONE IN 12 DAYS PLUG IT IN AND ALTERNATOR WORKS BUT ONLY RUNS ON THREE CYLINDERS[SIX CYL ENGINE] PLUG IN OLD COMPUTER RUNS FINE,PUT NEW ONE BACK IN AGAIN DOUBLE CK CONNECTIONS AND STILL ONLY RUNS ON THREE CYLINDERS REINSTALL OLD RUNS ON SIX FINE BACK IT OUT OF SHOP AND SEND COMPUTER BACK [ANOTHER WEEK AND HALF GOES BY] THEY SAY NOTHING IS WRONG WITH COMPUTER WILL SEND BACK OR IF REPLACE WITH ANOTHER WILL VOID WARRANTY. OTHER COMPUTER I GOT WAS NOT PROGRAMED FOR VEHICLE TOOK TWO WEEKS TO GET AND SENT BACK AM STILL WAITING FOR RETURN BEEN ALMOST TWO WEEKS. DONT EXPECT COMPUTERS IN 5 TO 7 DAYS AND DONT EXPECT THEY TO WORK WHEN YOU GET IT. IVE USED THEM IN PAST AND WAS HAPPY WITH SERVICE I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED IN A FEW YEARS TO GO DOWNHILL

Waste time and money, I ordered the ECM for 2010 Mercury Mariner on March 15th 2023,They checked the VIN, but sent me a wrong ECM, so the car can't start,lost communication with IPC /ABS/ RCM /ECM.I connected with them on Apr. 3th 2023,sent them the RMA FORM and diagnose information, but nobody took care it, I called them every week, always told me the manager will call you soon, but never do that.

Thank you for a quick and easy experience. I replaced the unit and had a locksmith program the new one to the parameters you sent me and the pickup started right up. Every once in awhile the truck suddenly dies like the cpu isn't working suddenly. I let it set for a few minutes and it will start back up and run fine again. Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
