Had nothing but problems with flagship1 and Mary A! Part was supposed to arrive in 3-7 business days…it took 14. Called to talk to someone about it got connected with Mary A. She is absolutely terrible at her job. She lies and lies and lies…when I asked to speak to her boss they were never there and they couldn't call me later so it was like Mary A didn't want me talking to her boss. Asked to have package shipped "next day" Mary A doesn't even know what that is so it got shipped "priority" like everything else does and I was told I would get upgraded shipping since part was so late…that didn't happen so I waited 3 more days. Still waiting on a call from flagship1 management but let's face it they don't want to talk to me and hear about how terrible their company and Mary A are so I'll just leave this here.

Not really sure but if you can send info on the location of circuit opening relay rip dash apart and still have not found it. Beginning to think this model does not have one as for your ordering process its more than 5 stars and product works like new

Bought ECM for a 2006 Cadillac CTS on 08/11/21. Signed Lifetime warranty doc on 08/12. On 01/01/23 the ECM began having issues. Filled out a RMA form on 01/01/23. After several wasteful and time consuming phone calls, Flagship 1 made me jump through several hoops sending them multiple emails providing them with the error codes and any other additional info they requested. I was dealing with some guy named Muhammad K. I sent him a final email on 01/15/23 with some additional error codes and requested a call back (providing my #) and that I needed to get this resolved ASAP. As you can guess, I never received a call back. What a colossal waste of time. Customer service could not have been handled any more poorly, and a lifetime warranty is meaningless if the company is unwilling to back their product. This is a 100% honest and detailed review. Look elsewhere for a company that provides good customer service, respects your time, and and actually backs the products they sell, because this isn't one of them.
My Bronco had several ignition problems. The ECM replacement from Flagship One finally got it running like it is supposed to.

Its easy anyone can do it. Well you buy it then they send you information stating you need someone to program the unit for you. When you ask for a refund they charge yo $85.00 for a re stocking fee. Saying it was programmed to my VIN. Curious when I scanned the module the VIN was NOT programmed to my VIN. So I paid them $85.00 for nothing. I got a run around and still no running vehicle...stay away from this business. They are unethical at best and completely criminal.

The engine computer fixed my problem and it working OK, but:
When I went to your web page, it said I would receive an ECM programmed and 2 keys for my 2006 Ford Ranger based on its VIN. After installing the ECM and getting the new keys cut to my original keys, I placed the new keys in the ignition, turned to run (but not start) for 3 seconds on each key. This did not work. The Ranger would not start. I called you and was told it would need a special scanner or to take it to a dealer or locksmith to get the keys to work. The locksmith wanted $89.00 for service call and $250.00 to erase the old key codes and program the ECM for the new keys. When you programmed the ECM you should have erased the 3 key codes that we found with a scanner and then the "insert and turn key for 3 seconds" would have worked.

In short, The ad says Plug and Play, 5-8 programming. It took 15 days of programming before it was shipped. Then it cost me $200 to get the key programmed. I sent a message to Flagship One and got no reply. There was no No Plug and Play. Total cost $364.00 / $200.00 and an AAA tow. On a good note, the unit is working great now that the problems are resolved. Hopefully, I'll never need another ECM, if so Flagship One wouldn't be my first choice.

My computer worked less than three weeks. Called to get warranty ball rolling and got transferred around and hung up on twice. It makes me wonder if that 4.75 stars is accurate or fudged. So far I'm not impressed at all.

Never new it would be so hard to buy something I needed. A week of back and forth and now here I am having to order from someone else to get what I need. To start with I googled the part number directly from the one I took off my care.They argued with me on me ordering the right part and having looked up the wrong part number from their website. I pulled my ECU out and ordered the exact part number that is in my car which was a Chrysler but my car was Mitsubishi and for some stupid reason they wanted to argue with me on it not being Mitsubishi brand when I fact they are compatible and interchangeable they have the same engine. They were quick to take my money but I spent a week of arguing with them about just coding the vin to that part number and sending it to me. The last customer rep I spoke with tried to upsell me to a different ECU when I asked for a refund instead of the upsale she rudely said ok ill process your refund and hung up on me.

New computer arrived in a timely manner, I hooked it up and everything was back to normal! Truck finally started, no more phantom codes nor "no bus" message! Just worked as advertised.

Worst customer service I have ever had! 8 months dealing with Gabriel(service rep) to finally receive a computer that worked in my 05 pt cruiser turbo. Pins were corroded but it worked. Only time I would hear from them is if I called. Gabriel would only send emails, never talked over phone. $600 spent was not worth the time or money to deal with this company. Lucky if you call an get an English speaking person you can understand. Never again!

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
