I was understanding that I paid exta money to have the part shiped in 2-3 day from order. I am now looking a 6 to 7 day for an update on said part. I see this as a fautse advertisment.

I ordered and the order took way too long so far to ship out. I sent an email got no response. Called on the 8th day after I ordered and was told would be a few more days. Don't expect it soon after order. Sure hope it works right.

The order was placed on April 9th and this item has still not left site. I am waiting for a confirmation on shipment. In USPS it only has the label was created on April 10th and there is no update on shipping. I wanted to ship this and I'm likely to going to miss the cutoff date.

The price for the refurbished reprogrammed ECM PCM was exactly what I needed it came relatively quickly and was very well padded. I have since recommended to two different individuals to use you as a source for parts thank you.

I ordered a party that needs programming info was not correct. I received an email that went to my spam and not my regular email which caused a huge gold up in this process. It came days later the email i just so happen to call about my part and was told about the email. My car is not running because o need this post so everyday counts. I don't have the money for a rental so this unnecessary hold up with this spam email really pushed things back. On top of having to start the whole process back over 2-4 days to program the part then another 2-8 for it to ship I'm having to pay for ubers for my kids to get back and forth to school and to get it shipped sooner is$65. This was a whole big inconvenience why would I get such an important email sent to my spam? That was call status or at the very least should've went to my regular inbox of my email. I still had a hard time finding it while I was in the phone with the guy getting my order fixed. He did a good job helping me but after poor communication from the spam email.

Really easy to use website. Fast response. Part was received really fast. Even faster than what we were told. Company needed more information and had an email the same day or the next day requesting the needed information. As soon as I sent the information, I received the warranty information on the part. One of the best companies I have dealt with.

I cant give a complete survey yet i still have not received my order. When ordered it said shipping 2-7 days.
On the seventh day i called to get an update and the person said oh it is shipping today and i will send you the tracking #. Now i looked at tracking and it was taken to USPS at 8:30 PM on the seventh day. But tracking says it wont be to me till 14 day have went past. That does not seem acceptable for shipping. Whenever i get it i will be able to give a better review. I also am a repete customer and didnt have this issue on my last transaction.

Great customer service. Merie sent me updates while my new PCM was being prepared from the beginning until it shipped and then I received tracking info. Super fast! The PCM works great and fixed my problems I was having with charging. Thanks! Great people and great product.

Installed new ecm, programmed accordingly based on steps provided. Ecm was not pre programmed to my car and key was not working. Has lock smith come out and look it over to discover everything stated above.

I'm sure the PCM replacement sent to most likely works but unfortunately the wrong one was sent. I will change my rating once I get the right PCM replacement. I received the PCM on 4/13/26 and as soon as I opened the package I knew the wrong one was sent. This PCM had 3 ports and my truck only has 1. I have no problem giving 5 stars once I can send this one back and get the right part.

This is the third time I have tried this place first time it didn't work sent back never got refunded, the second work, this time over 2 weeks since we ordered n still waiting for it. Don't waste your time.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
