2012 Sentra

We have a 2012 Nissan Sentra that was experiencing an extreme cold crank no start. We were able to determine it was probably the ECU. We ordered the part and the process was extremely easy and staff was helpful. Installing the computer was a breeze and the new one was actually updated and now the car's navigation works as well.

Faulty PCMs
February 14, 2024

We have purchased about 7 or 8 PCMs the last 2 years or so. I think half of the were faulty. We send them back and are told they test okay. We then asked for a refund because we used PCMs from a different provider that worked for the vehicles. We were told all we can have is in store credit which is a bummer because the other PCMs from different venders worked.

I needed to speak to a manager as to why our ECU was not shipped a stated, but they won't transfer you to a manager AND they would not even give you a NAME of a manager, stating it is their policy! My "account manager" was never free to speak with me either. Currently I'm still waiting for a phone call from this "ghost" manager. I would use another company next time

WE BOUGHT A COMPUTER, WAS BAD. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM YOU.
WE DID BUY A FEW COMPUTERS FOR OUR DEALERSHIP WITH NO PROBLEMS. LAST 2 OR 3 WE HAD PROBLEMS. LAST COMPUTER HAD ALREADY BEEN BEEN PROGRAMED. OUR MASTER MOPAR TECH COULD NOT REPROGRAM IT.
VERY UNHAPPY. WE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM YOU.

No updates on the module. Customer is pretty mad at me because I never know what to tell him, it's been 3 weeks, when I call the answer I get is we don't know what's going on we will update you at the end of the day. But the update never comes

Quality Part/ Terrible Shipping

Shipping took almost a month for me to receive the part, resulting in the vehicle being stuck in the shop the entire time. Otherwise part was as described and detailed programming instructions made for an easy process.
