No one is replying / responding for my inquiry about damage pcm- ecm that i order, piece of junk. Not recomended to buy, defective parts and waste my money at all.

The ecm I ordered works properly. I am not happy about the lack of instructions. Or the lack of a promised email with instructions. Ford's have to have PATS keys! None were available from Flagship 1. This could cost customers additional hundreds of dollars! No mention of it on website.

I had tried another vendor twice, and it just didn't work. Flagship one is extremely quick and even responded to a message at night. The PCM was in stock and was shipped quickly. And it actually worked and solved my Jeep dying issue. Excellent work!

Very friendly and professional staff. They sent me a PCR that didn't work on my truck. Then I sent in my PCR and they tested it and nothing was wrong with it. They refunded me really fast. I would still recommend flag staff

I contacted customer service about what software version would be installed in the new module I ordered. I was told they could not tell me the version without it being ordered and sending it over to engineering/programming team. I was told if the software version was not compatible I could return the module with no problems. I failed to read the entire return policy and even though they could not give me all the module details it was apparently on me to lose $100 off of my return amount for a "non refundable programming fee." I am very dissatisfied with my service and feel they should have waived the fee. I knew as soon as the new module showed up that the software version was not compatible with my vehicle and it was not going to work. I was led to believe with my initial customer service phone call that if it was not compatible I could return with no problems. The return process was easy but left me $100 in the hole and vehicle still not fixed.

I ordered a replacement PCM for a 2001 Ford F150. They programmed the VIN into the computer and shipped it to me in a timely manner. Truck runs great. I would highly recommend this company to others and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

For other companies that need precise dates of shipping and/or arrivals is crucial to their business. As a business owner, I find this company to be lacking that information to customers. I'd rather go through a dealership and not lose a potential customer based on time lines.

Have not yet got some mechanic to program the keys (or pcm)yet thought it was a plug and play probably get it programmed ( or try) this week so I'll know by early this week

Was quoted and sold the wrong PCM at first, was notified of the error and corrected billing, shipping was further delayed due to this. The PCM was partially programmed, we could not complete the in house programming and calibrations due to the coding of the GEM software in the PCM. We had to pay for a programmer to come and program the PCM with the missing software to complete the in house calibrations / Programming.

Bought a truck didn't start did some checking needed new pcm. Flagship sent me one out with a new set of keys. Easy process few questions to answer and info given about vehicle and it started right up when PCM was installed.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
