Definition of customer first. Ordered wrong part and was reached out and corrected. First PCM failed at testing and was notified that another was being processed. Still met original delivery date. This is the second PCM I've ordered for 2 different vehicles and so far 2 for 2. Definitely my go to to PCMs. Great customer service.

Appears to be working good, but took much longer than promised at the time of ordering. "Guessing" they have a ton of business or have to acquire the unit before programming and shipping it.
Received defective product, they argued that it was fine, took forever to ship back, still had problems, never replied to emails, when i talked to someone on phone, i was always given runaround. Always told different story.

The product is great, but the process may be explained better. Your site said seven days, but come to find out that the process that had to be partaken for the product was close to a month. For me, it could have been explained better, and the customer service could be more professional.
