A friend recommended Flagship because he had a very agreeable experience. I replaced an ECU on a 20 year old truck and it was a very successful venture. I had my product in the specified time along with emails for specific instructions. It all worked beautifully and would recommend this company without any hesitation

Ordering was easy - shipping was terrible. It took over 3 weeks to get the product.
The product performed as it should and the repair was good.
NOTE: I will use them again in the future. Promise time for repairs will have to be adjusted for the shipping though.

I was having unknown intermittent problems with my 2008 Elantra. After finally figuring out the ECU is the last possible culprit I searched online everyone. Made several calls to other local and out of state shops only to get no answer. Found out about Flagship and immediately called and was greeted the first time. Got upfront pricing and instructions on next steps. Made my payment and a week later got the new ECU. Plug and play and the vehicle is fixed! Pretty fast turn around time, good pricing, and overall great value for my needs. Will definitely consider them again in the future!

I asked before ordering if the item I wanted was in stock and could ship out immediately, I was told "yes" it is in stock at Flagship's location in New York. As I am located in Rhode Island that is 1 day shipping using any of the ground services.
I received the ECU over a week later packaged in an old Amazon box that was sealed with Avery address labels and in really poor shape. The box also had the previous address label showing the date of when Flagship purchased the ECU from Northland Wrecking in Iowa a few days prior, clearly I was lied to at the start of my inquiry as to the ECU being in stock.
The ECU is hideous cosmetically, it looks like it was from a vehicle that was located in a salt belt area but to mask this it looks like someone cleaned it with a brick and then painted it with a live chicken before it was stuffed in a box and shipped to me.

Still waiting for a replacement unit and a phone call- we sent our module to be refurbished and received it back to not work at all

I received the wrong ECM twice and I've being waiting for the new one for more than a month. CSR doesn't know how to handle the situation; manager doesn't communicate with customers and at the end of the day I'm stuck with an order nobody knows how to deal with it, I haven't even got an ETA.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
