We originally started using flagship one because it was very beneficial to have the computers coming in within 2-4 days pre programmed and ready to go, though we plan to continue to use flagship the time frame has slowed down, we have been seeing computers coming in with 10 days or so wait time which is a down side much harder to sell work when I have to quote 2 weeks wait time for parts.
Have order from here 3 times and has always been a great experience. Always great customer service and return process is easy.
Dissapointed in the time it took to get. Was told it would ship in two to four days then four to eight days. I t then failed testing and was but to the back of the line. A month later i finally received it. At least it worked.

I'll start by saying the parts they sell are always high quality and easy plug and play installation. Processing/shipping times can be a problem sometimes. You might get your order in a week, it might be a month. But they always email updates to keep you posted, and again it is a quality product. I've installed several and never had a comeback or had to make a warranty claim.
I had a problem with my corolla where the shifts were super hard and delayed due to the computer. Plugged the computer and programmed the key to car and the problem was fixed.

The computer I ordered for the Jeep worked fine, but the computer I got for a 2007 Chevy Silverado 4.3L wouldn't allow the engine to idle down. Found the programming was wrong. Replaced the computer with a used one off a 4.3L and it worked fine. Feel like the computer was programmed for a V8.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
