Your service and product and price is amazing but every time i order with you your delevry time range as your shipping provider keep losing my order and take a month to receive witch as for me in business and having to deal with aggravation from my customer is annoying and i do refer your with a negative note on that behalf soo if you solve that issue or shipping provider issue your business would gain a lot of growth

Shipping was quick. Order was processed timely. However the computer has a broken plastic alignment fin. It does not hinder the operation of it at all, so I'm not concerned with that to be honest. Overall an excellent service at an excellent price.

Order was delayed for some reason or other. Called at spoke with Katrina couple times ecm was for my daughters closely coming 16th birthday present. They rushed my order and overnighted it received day before birthday all worked well very satisfied

Before ordering was using online ordering when I called and got a hold of a representative to make sure I was ordering the proper item the representative took information double check that I was getting the right thing and put the order in for me. Very good service.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
