I had an issue where my ECU got fried on my car, not only were the prices reasonable. But the communication from Flagship One has been excellent from start to finish. Now to only wait for the ECU to come in.

I've been buying computers from Flagship 1 now for several years and always had an great experience with not only the staff but the product too.

We have ordered several ECM's from Flagship 1 and have never had any issues with any of them. Hannah kept us updated thru the entire process. Their customer service it top notch!

Great so far. Item shipped the day after I ordered it, that's impressive. But I have no idea of the quality or much beyond. Rossel was awesome to talk with on the phone

Your service and product and price is amazing but every time i order with you your delevry time range as your shipping provider keep losing my order and take a month to receive witch as for me in business and having to deal with aggravation from my customer is annoying and i do refer your with a negative note on that behalf soo if you solve that issue or shipping provider issue your business would gain a lot of growth

I have ordered multiple modules from flagship one. They have all been great expect one that we had to warranty but so far the process has been smooth and straight forward

Shipping was quick. Order was processed timely. However the computer has a broken plastic alignment fin. It does not hinder the operation of it at all, so I'm not concerned with that to be honest. Overall an excellent service at an excellent price.

Customer service was excellent. Did my order over the phone, all questions were answered. Very friendly representative. Angel did a great job. Thank you for all your help.

Order was delayed for some reason or other. Called at spoke with Katrina couple times ecm was for my daughters closely coming 16th birthday present. They rushed my order and overnighted it received day before birthday all worked well very satisfied

Mark was very helpful. Shipping was quick. They kept constant contact. After I got the keys cut the vehicle started right after the key relearn.

Before ordering was using online ordering when I called and got a hold of a representative to make sure I was ordering the proper item the representative took information double check that I was getting the right thing and put the order in for me. Very good service.
