Great Service!

I was very happy with my new PCM. I bought this through Ebay. I was skeptical at first. Ive heard some negative reviews from different forums in the past. I decided to try on my own. I got the PCM in the mail as promised with my programmed por of keys. It was very easy to install and got my 2003 Mazda 6 3.0 up and running.

Shipping was absolutely terrible

Do not believe their advertised shipping times if you are outside of the USA. I was charged $105USD for shipping to Canada that took 18 business days (23 days in total). The item was shipped via USPS "International Priority Flat Rate Envelope". The cost to consumers in the USA is $30.35 for this level of service, yet Flagship One charges $105USD for shipping to Canada. This is a huge ripoff and when I asked for a refund for the shipping because of the delays, they refused to give me one. Their customer service is very poor too.

Took longer then was told for shipping
Terminals from wiring harness would not plug into new ecu

Once I was able to make them work I had to reflash for dash to work 👎

Hassle free.Gave them my VIN it was that easy. Price was reasonable. Received my new ECM in a timely manner. No further programming needed to be done.install in the truck, turn the key and go.

Poor customer service

Advertise plug and play you don't mention a crank relearn which cost more money at a mechanic shop. And also when I did ask for help the response times was days to more than a week to respond 🙃

Had to order a pcu for an engine I bought from salvage. Product arrived on time and was a great price. Unfortunately, I gave them the vin for the truck instead of the "new" one so, it wasn't pre-programmed properly. After taking it to get programmed it worked perfectly.

Great product, bad service.

Their product is fine- great actually! But their promise on delivery falls very very short of the goal. I don't know if it's because they need more employees, or need better customer reps- but it was essentially zero contact outside of automated messages. It took nearly three weeks to get my ECU which is unacceptable. I understand we live in a day in age where we expect packages to show up the next day- and I understand they're a smaller company so I don't hold them to that standard. But three weeks? If I had a blank ECU I could go to the dealer and have them program it in an hour. The lack of communication with delays or difficulties is what really did it for me. It's one thing if you effectively communicate what's holding things up- we're all human and I understand that. But NOTHING? You can't run a business like that. I would only order from them again if I absolutely had to. Once again, great product, bad service.

2003 gmc no crank no start

Quick delivery after installing a relearning of the key and relearn throttle position it has been running for a few day it acted up once i cleared codes for shift solenoid b and has been doing good not stuck in 3rd gear anymore.
