Have been trying to get this pcm to work it comes back every time the sim key is incorrect
Took longer to get than expected and after doing the pass lock to get security light out, it did not work truck still will not start.
The worst customer service I've experienced, for one to start the sent me a blank pcm, second it took me over to weeks to get it sent back, third, I finally sent it back and spent over 3 weeks trying to get answers and got no email responses. I finally got ahold of somebody and they said they fixed it. By then I had to go another direction cause it took so long I told them we don't need it give me a refund and I got told no that wont work its been over 30 days we cant do that. Ya well it was in their shop for over 45 days. So if you plan on buying from these guys plan on getting robbed.

The entire interaction was seamless and easy.
Our reprogrammed engine computer part arrived 2 weeks after ordering, as promised by Fatima upfront. Fatima also sent multiple emails during the 2 week wait informing us where they were in the process of getting the part ready to be shipped. We appreciated the extra attention paid to the details.
The part installed easily. For the first 5-10 miles the engine idled rough and rev'd high but after those first few miles it found it's groove and so far ALL GOOD!

Had my wife's Crown Vic diagnosed by a Ford dealer. They said the PCM would have to be refurbished. That would cost $1400 and take four weeks.I ordered one from Flagship One, for just under $300 total, and got it in a week and a half. It was very easy to install and the car runs great! I highly recommend Flagship One.

Ordered computer for chrysler 300 and item is not working. Some computerize systems on the vehicle are non operable and computer is not picking up signal from key fob.

I placed my order and a couple of days later I received an email wanting the part number for the EVM in my car. I sent it, but a few days later I still hadn't heard anything on shipping. I called and the person who emailed me never reported the correct part number. So I gave it to the representative on the phone and she was able to get things moving. The ECM arrived, put it in my car and it corrected the issues I was having. Product is great! Customer service is questionable.
Need to offer faster service to receive product. Two weeks is a long for your vehicle to be disabled.
I am beyond words as too how many phone calls I had to make to your remote people.
Tanica who said she was a manager was going to call me back. Never heard from her. Carmina… several emails still not response. One person that I did speak with "actually" called me back with a quick response after so so many long distance calls. Her name is Judiah M whom I am very happy to say is far above anyone I ever spoke with.

Firstly on your website you say to deliver my computer between 2 and 7 days and leave your factory 15 days after placing my order you have sent it by regular mail and you charged me $105.00 US a real theft I received everything another 15 days for delivery and to finish the dish the instructions you sent me to program the keys were faulty I called your customer service and he told me Mr you have to go to Ford or a locksmith another $500.00 you are liars, fraudsters, it would have cost me less at a Ford dealer, all your teams are a liar

Needed a computer fast. Had a vehicle sold. Didn't want to spend a fortune on a computer to correct a dead cylinder misfire. Searched and found Flagship. Ordered part and simply provided vehicle's vin #. A few days later part was received and installed resulting in both my new customer and myself being ecstatic. Thx again. I was skeptical about whether or not to take a risk on installing a refurbished Pcm. I took the risk and so far it has not disappointed at all. Not only was it easy to install, I was able to flash it with a relatively inexpensive Autel 808 myself! One Ford dealer wanted $350. The Pcm was fully upgraded and the trucks many electrical issues seem to have been resolved. I'm a very happy customer! The staff was very helpful and supportive and that was one of the reasons i decided to go forward. Thanks to everyone at flagship 1!

The electronic control unit was not set to the VIN that I provided. I need to return the ECU and get a refund.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
