Flagship is just that. I was actually given the information for Flagship by my mechanic. I ordered my part and was kept informed through their receiving the order, shipment and delivery. Flagship followed up with information throughout the process. The part was installed and resolved my issues. I will absolutely use Flagship again.

I found Flagship on the internet and needing a computer for a 23 year old diesel truck, they showed to have one on hand. I called the number and actually got to talk to a real person. She was a little hard to understand but seemed knowledgeable. I am waiting for my order so time will tell if I get the right part. Overall a good experience.

The service man who took my order polite straight to the part I needed he was courteous, and it only took less than 15 minutes for him to complete my order on what I needed thanks
