Flagship followed up with information throughout the process. The part was installed and resolved my issues. I will absolutely use Flagship again.
I found Flagship on the internet and needing a computer for a 23 year old diesel truck, they showed to have one on hand. I called the number and actually got to talk to a real person. She was a little hard to understand but seemed knowledgeable. I am waiting for my order so time will tell if I get the right part. Overall a good experience.

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
