I called for availability and price on a computer for my car. The salesman entered my SN and told me he had already programmed the new unit. A couple days later I called back and ordered it. The problem with my car was solved. I received multiple followup calls to be sure all was working well. Very, very pleased.
Eden was wonderful to work with on all of my questions and in helping me navigate the need for the part for our car. After waiting for nearly three months for the local GM dealership to come up empty in obtaingng the part, it only took one call to Flagship to get what I needed and Eden was incredibly helpful with her knowledge and service.

I was searching for a part by number given to me at the dealership. The person I chatted with discovered the part had an alternative number, and they had it in stock for much less than I'd been told to expect. They took the time to explain why it had two numbers, too. Part shipped promptly and was ready to go as advertised. This literally saved my car!

Didn't receive my part for a month. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Once my part arrived I had it out in my vehicle and I'm having the same problems I had before I ordered my computer. Which was supposed to fix my problem.

Online experience was great finding the ecu I needed for my 1996 F150 5.8. Fast and very helpful online process through their website chat. Hopefully this fixes some issues I'm having and intermittent issues. Thanks

I have a confusing model year Truck. The 2019 Silverado actually has two different models and body styles. They were able to verify and warranty the correct PCM to help me get back on the road.

This is and update to my previous review. After a few days of back and forth we were able to meet a resolution and get a refund for the product ordered. While we would have been happier with a working module, Jomar and the team worked diligently to make things right. I would give them another shot if I had another hard-to-find or OE Discontinued module they remanufacture.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
