Beflre purcjased tje new pcm tje truck wouñd crank and run. But, it wouñd go into reduced power mode. After repñacing tje pcm it wont fo anytjinh ive had two mechanics work on it. One repñaced everumytjing he cojñd come up with. The second one plugged his programmer in aand toñd me tje key is not programmed. No wouñdnit program it id the same key tjat previously cranked it. Also apparently it has hung tje tjrottñe body open ans fiññed tje oiñ witj gas had to flush it out and it has since done it again.i hope otjer people hsve better experiences tjan i have.because mine was notjknh but good money thrown after bad

I have ordered from flagship twice and both times have had a good experience the most recent time i made a mistake with my vin number and they noticed it and were very helpful in getting me the correct ecm

The last three ecm i purchased from flagship 1 all had to be sent back to be cloned, which cost me a lot of money and had customers upset

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
