Buying was easy. Price was great. Shipping ect was normal. When I went to install the ECM the one connector didn't seat the whole way. I finally discovered there was a large piece of an old connector broke off up inside of the ECM plug. After some work I managed to get it removed and the pins straightened back out. If your going to refurbish something make sure it's right before sending it off guys.
Everything went as expected. The PCM worked as expected. This is the 2nd time I have purchased from here and I am sure it will not be the last.

The ECM came in and was exactly what was needed to resolve my issues. I should have paid the extra money for the programmed keys, but that's what i get for being cheap. They kept me updated the entire step of the way for my order and shipping was really fast! I definitely recommend flagship 1 for automotive computer needs!

I like the updates on where the ECU is during the process.
I was able to order with easy, and it came as promised, verified it twice so there would be no mistakes. Other then price, and it wasn't out of line, I was completely satisfied.

I understand supply chain issues but PLEASE simply adequately let your customers know. Customer service beyond the initial receptionist is pitiful at best.
Many part numbers unclear whether the VIN assures getting the right part number.
I purchased a pcm from FS1 about three years ago. It failed, and their warranty process is quite poor, and after not receiving any response from them I really needed to get my car fixed. The new part I ordered did in fact fix the issue, and I'm still waiting on the warranty department to return my email, I'm hoping we can come to an agreement on a resolution.
