It took 3 PCMs before they were able to get one to pass the test, but once I recieved it, it worked perfect. Customer service was great
When I discovered my PCM had some burnt pins in it I searched the internet and found Flagship one. I ordered a PCM through them and got it a short time later. I installed it and first turn of the key the truck started right away. Thumbs up.

Was not on time as the said it would be and the usps was behind in there
Product did not work...called the Help line but never heard back after they sent a email to fill out a form stating why the product didn't work properly

The PCM worked without any issues (much to my surprise) and fixed all the electrical problems I'd been experiencing on my Jeep. I would definitely recommend Flagship One, as I couldn't find anyone in the UK that would test and fix the PCM.

The item I ordered arrived quickly and for a lot cheaper than a dealership could get it, program and install it Installation was about 30 minutes on a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis.

It took a while to get my FICM for my 2005 Ford F-350, but the savings versus the dealership was immense. The customers service department communicated very well on my order status via email.
