I have purchased several pcm/ecm from flagship one. Lincoln, dodge, jeep, etc. All have come programmed and plug and play with zero issues.

Poor communication, no instructions regarding the keys until I called. Slower than I expected to receive, less than impressed.
Worked as it should. But still have same codes. So I should have just kept the other one in. Because it only changed the way it idles and now I have a code that will not go away and I cannot get it fixed without a more specific computer to change the way the camshaft is positioned. But it is what it is. I'm sure I've got a way bigger issue going on.

I've been using Flagship 1 for 12 years now and have had only 2 ECM problems after purchase. The staff always handles themselves and the customer with patience and respect. The only issue I have so far is the necessity to fill out the RMA form when dealing with a defective or failed remanufactured unit. As a service manager for a very busy shop, I do not have the time nor the patience to fill out yet another form on line for a remanufactured ECM that needs to be warrantied. I understand it may be necessary to get that from the average consumer to weed out some of the inexperienced parts replacers, but commercially, this should be handled over the phone by our account agent for a faster and less time consuming warranty claim. Other than that, Flagship one's staff is always Professional, courteous and eager to help.

Company was good with communication although the part was delayed. I can't give an accurate review to the quality of the part since it hasn't been long enough.
Had to wait a week or 2 but that's to be expected to some degree as this are made to order only thing was mine didn't have the vin programed for me but I had the tools to fix that so not the biggest problem.
Everything worked as it should thankfully, I was a bit upset on how long it took to ship due to some issues they were having and the ecm can in externally damaged but things happen and for the price I can't really complain.
I would purchase again in the future if needed

I received an email about a 20% discount in house credit. I am interested in returning it. I would not interested in a in house credit for I don't when I would ever use be able to use it. For I'm mechanic or a shop, but take credit on my credit card I used to purchase it.

Nice and follow up with tracking but for my return part the only offer is a discount but no other choices for me to use it like a check or maybe other items I could use it towards not just PCM

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
