Worth finding

I found the ECM for my Dad's truck for a better price which was so worth it. The wait for the testing and programming helps to quickly install the unit and the only need is to find a way reprogram the keys

This Sucks!

Still waiting to hear back...

Bought a PCM for a vehicle, I installed in and could not start the vehicle. No crank, multiple warming messages. Called customer support and they said I need a key programed. Called around and no locksmiths knew what I was talking about. I then reached back out to you with my issue and have not heard back. I reinstalled my old PCM so I can at least limp the vehicle around...

I should have done more research into the company prior to ordering from them as plenty of other people have had extremely long delays in receiving what they ordered in contradiction to what the website claims. Sure they email you letting you know they still exist and are "working on it" however I am wary of what I might receive if I receive anything. Others stated that the return process if they had any issues was difficult or impossible.

Very satisfied

Im very satisfied with my purchase from flagship one. The item worked exactly the way it was supposed to. The only surprise was the delivery. I thought it would have been sent via courier instead of the mail for the price. But overall I would recommend flagship one to my friends if they have a problem with getting something here in Canada.Too bad you don't have a office here.

From the start it was a easy purchase once they had my vin number I was informed right away I was ordering the wrong part
They helped correct this and made a follow call to make sure that I had what I needed and to let me know the part was being processed
