I received my order, but turned out the computer was not the issue, but the company followed up with me and happily allowed me to return the item, as it turned out I didn't need it.
Communication was terrible, worse experience I have ever had. PCM did not work right from the start. They would not give a return shipping label because I am in Canada. Because of the cost to ship back to them with the extra fees for exporting I will take the loss. Found a Canadian supplier who repaired my original PCM. XeMODeX Technology Canada is where to go if you are having PCM problems in Canada. Wish I found their service first.

The process was made very easy and clear. If you are up to installing the part in your own car you can understand the process of getting the correct part. Communication was good and timely. Part took a few days longer to ship than I thought it might but there was clear communication about it and that made it no big deal. Part was packaged VERY well. Overall the whole process was painless. Thanks!

I needed an Ecm for my 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 and couldnt get the OEM part. Flagship One happened to have a refurbished OEM part on the shelf, they had it tested, certified it and sent it out to me very quickly. 100% recommend them for anyone whos nervous about purchising their products.

After receiving the ECU I could tell that it had been recovered from a salvage yard or had some type of corrosion because the front and back cover were highly wired wheeled and there were gaps where the cover mates against the body of the ECU.
