Not happy how my ecu was handled. Charge over 400 to tell us we did something to it and you did not repair. So we ended up having to spend over 600 to get a new one since trying to find an ecu for an older vehicle is not easy.

Had a loss of communication with ecm. Checked fuses and obvious problems, decided to try another ecm. Got one from your company and did key relearn. Did not work. Two days later I decided to try relearn again. It worked! Truck is running well, but got a crankshaft position not relearned. Working on that. Very satisfied with ecm so far. Thank you.
I'm satisfied with the product but it took almost a month to receive it. Down is inconvenient.
Took a while to get my part, but when I did, I plugged it in and it worked perfectly, in my case, I didn't even need to program the keys, everything worked as it should.
Car failed to start with new computer. Still ran with old unit.

Order was sent by USPS (prepaid) to Canada which is a disaster. Not sure why a courier wasn't used. Parcel nearly got lost, and when we finally found it, there was an amount owing of $200+ for customs. We did all of the legwork.
My second experience ordering was fantastic. They have inventory on obsolete parts and great quality control. They keep me up to date with each step of the way, from the programming process to each stop on the journey, right up to delivery to my door. Needed a PCM for an old Caravan, dealership wanted thousands of dollars for replacement. This worked as a plug and play unit and got the vehicle back on the road. There was an issue with the testing before shipment but Flagship was in communication throughout the whole process. Awesome product and great service!

It threw two random codes during break in, and has run well since then.

When I looked on the website they had my ECU available. So I placed an order. I thought I would have to wait for a while, but they shipped it out right away. ECU was well packaged. Arrived super fast. And work great. Extremely satisfied.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
