Price for the product was great, fast shipping and delivery.
However, upon delivery, the truck would not crank, even after relearn instructions were followed. I took the truck to a mechanic shop, having them try to relearn the ECM from Flagship and they could not communicate with the ECM. In the end, they re-flashed my existing ECM and the truck ran perfect. I did not ask for a return of the part due to time passed since purchase.
We ordered an ECU for an older Toyota Camry that is discontinued from the manufacturer and FS1 was able to provide us with the correct ECU and it worked perfectly. We will continue to use FS1 in the future for our ECU needs. Thanks FS1!

Not happy how my ecu was handled. Charge over 400 to tell us we did something to it and you did not repair. So we ended up having to spend over 600 to get a new one since trying to find an ecu for an older vehicle is not easy.

Had a loss of communication with ecm. Checked fuses and obvious problems, decided to try another ecm. Got one from your company and did key relearn. Did not work. Two days later I decided to try relearn again. It worked! Truck is running well, but got a crankshaft position not relearned. Working on that. Very satisfied with ecm so far. Thank you.
I'm satisfied with the product but it took almost a month to receive it. Down is inconvenient.
Took a while to get my part, but when I did, I plugged it in and it worked perfectly, in my case, I didn't even need to program the keys, everything worked as it should.
Car failed to start with new computer. Still ran with old unit.
Filling the order took longer than I would have expected. I had some follow up questions when order arrived and received prompt and courteous service.
Product worked as is should and was sent in a timely manner. Customer service was easy to work with and website was easy to use. Would reccomend to anyone needs a ecu.

Order was sent by USPS (prepaid) to Canada which is a disaster. Not sure why a courier wasn't used. Parcel nearly got lost, and when we finally found it, there was an amount owing of $200+ for customs. We did all of the legwork.
My second experience ordering was fantastic. They have inventory on obsolete parts and great quality control. They keep me up to date with each step of the way, from the programming process to each stop on the journey, right up to delivery to my door. Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
