Every unit I have ordered has been fantastic! Reliable & accurate plug & play units. While the units have taken much longer to receive than expected & my initial experience with addressing that was not handled like I would have hoped, their account manager has since followed up with me about my concerns & addressed them accordingly. They told me I will receive the product in 10 days but its take a whole month to receive it. I don't recommend this website for buying and they got a poor customer service

I've attempted to contact flagship one repeatedly with no response. I ordered an ECM for my Infiniti. It was supposed to be programmed to my vin number.
Not only was it not programmed it wasn't the correct ECM. I have attempted to get a refund for product return with zero response.
The ECM worked perfectly. It fixed all issues including rough shifting. I am very pleased with the turn around and personal programming for specific VIN.

Lost the keys and ecu couldn't clear codes. Changed the ecu and had keys you sent cut followed the instructions and they worked great. Thanks for the help and advice.
