Every time I have ordered. The parts come in with 9 day from order date. And have not had any problems yet with ecu/pcm.

I've been buying quite a few ECM's and FICM's for a few years and they have been knowledgeable with new and older vehicles I still and will continue buying from them because the level of comfort when I buy their products is been nothing but the best and at a reasonable price and I've seen the more I buy the better the prices

Part still works great, I was kept informed of the process it could have went a little quicker for my taste but all is well
Ordered a pre programmed pcu for my truck got it had it installed would not even start my truck...was not programed for my truck at all...then when I called about trying to return it wouldn't even talk to me at all...so I'm stuck with a damn near 300 dollar part that don't work and can't get my money back...complete failure of a company as far as I'm concerned

Will not use your company again. I purchased a preprogrammed computer. It arrived without any vin or program in the computer. I programmed it with Gm software and then it had codes for processor failure. I reached out for help and would have to mail it in to have it analyzed. My customer could not wait that long. Where was all the rigorous testing the web site said you perform. I had to purchase from another site to get my customer vehicle repaired.
The email comm. Was good the pcm worked perfectly.
The only downside was it took a few days longer than they originally told me before it shipped.
I had a wonderful experience, ordering from Flagship One. Sid E was a patient man who helped me get my order in. The part ordering from start to finish was amazing. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process up to delivery. The van still doesn't start but not because of the part. It is still a work in progress.
The computer we needed was available, the updates for shipping along the way were spot on. Best of all the computer worked without needing more expensive programming.

I ordered a new ECM for a 2006 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE. I had it installed and was told that a dealership would have to run diagnostic test to program it so that it would work. Was told that it would cost several thousands of dollars. I would just like to get my money back and return your part.
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
Answer: Stay away! They charged my card and never sent my part!
