I tried to cancel an order a couple of hours after I had made it but received no reply. After several attempts to cancel the order, I received an email saying that my order had been shipped! Terrible customer support. AVOID at all costs!
I ordered a wig. It was nothing like the photo on the website. Asked for prepaid return shipping label. Not given one. I'm not paying to return an item that is advertised falsely. I Sent multiple emails & they've ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Aside from an online form, there's no way to communicate if you have a problem! AVOID
I will never order again from Fruugo. Orders never arrived and it is extremely challenging and difficult to keep in touch with customer care, if any.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered some dog coats and measured them as per the sizing on the site. They arrived and looked nothing like the picture and the sizing was ridiculous (I ordered a medium and it wouldn't have fit a sausage dog!). I asked how to return them and the return address was in China! (I paid £50 in total for these coats so I wanted my money back!) so I paid for tracked delivery which was £17. As per the tracking number they've been sat in china since the 15/12/23 stating 'Awaiting duty payment'. I've sent continuous messages to the seller asking what this means and how to sort it but they either don't reply or a robot replies who doesn't answer your questions and just says 'have a nice day'. I'm trying to work out if there is a complaint process but probably not as it's a fraud! Don't order unless you want a piece of crap product and you're unable to receive a refund! It needs shutting down.
So far I bought two leather loops for my Apple Watch on Fruugo. These are quite difficult to find in my countries even searching at Apple Stores. Both the ones that I found on Fruugo were authentic, brand new and they just came in their original boxes. The only particularity is that boxes are not sealed. Fair enough! The price was good and shipment fast and with no problems. They guarantee that you do not have to pay any potential extra costs related to shipments from overseas countries. Will keep shopping with them.
I bought what I believed was a swimming pool ladder and received a single very expensive step of the ladder. I know this has happened to at least one other customer very recently for exactly the same item.
The Returns Policy promises returns for any reason within 14 days of receipt. All attempts for nearly two weeks to log a return/ cancellation of the order have got me nowhere. The website is dysfunctional, and it seems to deliberately make it difficult to contact them.
UPDATE: After telling Fruugo I had posted three negative reviews and would initiate a credit card chargeback procedure, I received an email saying I would be refunded. If so, credit where it's due, upgrade to three stars.
I placed an order with Fruugo, had to wait two weeks for it to arrive. When it did its the wrong item. When asked about a refund, they said I have to deal with supplier in China and I have to pay for return postage.
I get penalized for their mistake. Will definitely not be dealing with this company!

I had a highly frustrating experience with Fruugo.com. I ordered a juicer piece in October 2023, and they used a Malaysian company for delivery, which sent the completely wrong item. Despite providing strong evidence with pictures, they insisted it was correct. Moreover, I was charged twice for delivery - first during the order, and then upon delivery without any prior notice. The delivery cost exceeded the juicer piece's price. When I complained, Fruugo.com dragged the resolution, repeatedly requesting evidence from different agents. It's been four months, and the issue remains unresolved. I haven't received the correct product or a refund, leaving me unable to use my juicer. Avoid Fruugo.com at all costs.
I wouldn't even rate them one star but don't have the option to rate zero, terrible company where there is no way of messaging or resolving issues if you don't receive your order. AVOID they scam people and because the delivery driver took the empty package back they are clinging onto this to not deal with the theft. The driver took a picture and uploaded to say issue with delivery, they've seen proof of the email saying parcel delayed because of this. AVOID THIS SCAM/FRAUDULENT company.
It's apparent from personal experience and other reviews that the Fruugo storefront doesn't hold their merchants to task for failed deliveries or merchandise that isn't as advertised. Expect only typical boilerplate responses when things go awry, fake tracking, and little means to contact merchants directly.
Be very wary when dealing with sites that act as brokers for Chinese companies.

I ordered some items through Fruugo and the delivery was supposed to be at the end of November 2023.
When I try to enquire various times on the Fruugo website on the delivery it comes up an error.
No contact details...nothing just nothing
When I track it stays on Parcel at Sorting Centre.

Bought a 120cm cushion for my pappasan chair, it arrived today its only 95cm, also supposed to be a generous plump filling, it is not. Tried contacting Fruugo, filled in the necessary requirements robot asked for several times, robot said "problem resolved " each time, when it is not resolved. This seller is a scam! $129 of my hard earnt money down the drain. This seller does not care to do business with you again they just want the quick buck, this is actually THEFT! This seller claims they are in Australia when they are actually in china. This seller is a low life & a thief. Please don't fall for it like I did.

I placed an order and received an awful imitation of a famous brand which was advertised in the picture on their website. It's so frustrating because if I want to send it back it will cost me half of what I paid for the item! But the worst part is the customer service is absolutely inexistent. I've sent pictures 3 times but no answers at all. I don't normally leave reviews, good or bad, but I really wish they could close down and stop scamming people!
