I wish I could give zero stars!
I ordered two kids alarm clocks one Baby Yoda and one Minnie Mouse, I got a thank you email with my order number and showing me the two clocks and my total amount charged to my visa. Just over two weeks later I got ONE clock and it's just a plain coloured clock, with no design at all. I emailed them straight away, they emailed me back and asked for a photo of what I got, I sent it to them and they replied, this is not from us!
I went on to email them the confirmation email I got from them with the tracking number in the email along with a photo of the packaging that clearly shows the exact same tracking number! They still say it didn't come from them. I've been emailing with them every day since, sending proof that their company logo and website address was on the confirmation email and I've asked every time for return information and my money back, they absolutely refuse and will not acknowledge my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, item arrived damaged and customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with, thier reply was for me to try and fix it oh yeah ill just grab a hammer and try and flatten out all the buckled bits myself shall I, whilst trying to fix the door back on, complete mess of a company

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER:
1. Noticed after purchasing; all from cheap China factories, just false advertise Australia.
2. Gave a tracking number that was coming up "unknown or incorrect" for 2 weeks asked them for the correct one and they just resent the exact same one….
3. Delivery was guaranteed by the 23rd 2 weeks ago and still not here & they have the nerve to offer a 20% refund!

Have learnt to READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING NOW not just when I'm already shat on to leave the review!

Avoid if you need your product within a month of ordering. Their three day dispatch from the warehouse is a joke. Ordered on the 8th of December and still waiting on the 4th of January 2022. Absolute crap.

Bad service, no goods and advertise have stock take money and then cancel order and wait for goods refund. Still waiting after 2 weeks.
What a bad joke. Christmas will now hold up refund hoping I will get by end of January 2022.

My biggest mistake was to order Advent calendar for my daughter in the middle of November and guess what... still waiting for it... 1 month later. Ridiculous... this is not acceptable, PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEB SHOP. ITS HOPELESS.
Bad customer service as well, no solution for the requests.

SCAM - will charge you over $100 shipping despite clearly stating shipping is free. Don't count on receiving your items. If you have been stupid enough to provide your credit card details, I highly recommend cancelling it and getting yourself a new number.

Not clear at all (purposely?), that the return address was in CHINA though the item was shipped from UK. To return this item which was too small and tight from UK to CHINA would have been far too expensive and complicated, thus I presume less items would be returned.
Fruugo should be investigated for misleading customers.

Never Again!

I would give them a negative number if allowed! Do NOT do business with this company! First of all the order came three weeks late and they asked me to be patient after I requested a refund. The package finally came in the shape of a ball and it's supposed to be a chair for toddlers. Hoping that it would get it's form after being opened didn't happen. The first picture is what I thought I was receiving and the second one is what I received. I contacted Fruugo showing the pictures below and this is what they said:
First Response:
Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that you do not like the item received. But From the picture I do not quite understand the point you want to tell, it is the exact same thing and we sold this very units for over thousands all over the world.
If you would love to return the item, please kindly use the return form. Thank You.
Second response:
Hello.
We confirm this is exactly we are selling and the same item.
If you do not like that.
The return address is:

Essen
*******
Germany.
The order was shipped from China but to discourage returning it I was only given a German address and they know very well that shipping it back to Germany would cost more than the stinking purchase itself.
I wish I had read the reviews first! Doubt I will get a refund too.

Fake company - Pass thru

Deception and bad business… possibly fraud ( pending). If part if the order I made with fruugo cannot be fill, fruugo needs to return my money directly… i did not order thru a 3rd party … i was not aware this was to be ordered thru a 3rd party.
I ordered from Fruugo. Return the money for the order that was cancelled by vendor directly. If Fruugo passed the order to a 3rd party, without my knowledge, Fruugo is held responsible.
Fruugo has no means to contact them directly… they just pass thru complaints from a pull down menu to the 3rd party they found for you item. If something goes wrong … Fruugo takes an irresponsible position… again bad business practices … possibly fraud ( pending).

It has been confirmed by the 3rd party - fraud involved. Here is a section of the email and they Fruggo kept a portion of the refund:
Order #******* is geannuleerd omdat we vermoeden dat het frauduleus is en uw betaling is terugbetaald.

The second part of the order, got a fake tracking number - click and it goes to nowhere (dead end)

You have clicked on an invalid link. Please make sure that you have typed the link correctly. If are copying this link from a mail reader please ensure that you have copied all the lines in the link."

Many weeks gone by... buyer beware - cannot contact Fruugo directly.

These people scam people I am out $340. They also rip off and and sell fake stuff and I've contacted all the companies there is no customer service they just send you something that's not even dollar store quality! When they reply to your reviews it's a lie! Scam scam scam

Quick delivery of a broken product

I took a chance and bought a cosplay mask for my kids Halloween costume. Given that it came from China I was honestly amazed it arrived as quickly as it did, about 2 weeks. Unfortunately it was literally tossed in a shipping bag with no padding so it arrived broken. Asked for a refund but not getting my hopes up. At least spend a ton of money on it. All in all it could have been worse.
(UPDATE)
Heard back from the seller within a couple hours of requesting a refund. They are refunding me no questions asked. Now I'll just have to wait 4-5 business days to see if I do get my money back.

I purchased an item that took forever to arrived and received it broken. When I send my query to them they got in contact with me through a random number on whatsapp. No manners whatsoever and calling me cheat. Because I want to send the item back and get refund but I am told that they will be at lost if I send it back. Well I have paid over £100 for it and not to get something damaged. Very bad customer service and rude people to deal with. NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN!
Also no fragile sticker on the packing.
