I ordered some pet meds from Singpet through fruugo. I was sent a shipping notification saying that my order had shipped from Australia and a tracking number. The tracking number sat as "label created" for over a week without processing so I contacted them. I was then sent another tracking number that said my order was shipping from France. It was a totally different shipping company this time. Customer service ignored me when I inquired. Finally (over a month later) I accepted that I'm not getting my order and filed a dispute with PayPal. They didn't even try to deny my dispute and as soon as PayPal escalated I was refunded. Damaged sun lounger received, Frugo wouldn't refund or replace. PayPal equally useless despite providing tracking evidence of return of item to Frugo. Would not recommend buying anything from this company
Just bought something on Fruggo. Didn't notice that it will be *shipped* in 2 days. Nowhere do they mention that it will ship from China and get here in probably two months.
When trying to cancel the order the only thing I get is a form to contact the seller in China.
What a scam...
I made my order on the 20th of September 2021 and today, after one month, they send me this message:
Hi there-
I did get your tracking pulled up, I do see that it is currently with Customs. At this time we do recommend reaching out to your local customs office for further information on when your parcel will be delivered.
Purchased one slime with $34 and shipping method is air. I was told by the website the delivery time is 7 to 10 days. But 42 days still received nothing. Customer service is horrible and not helpful, just asks me to wait and be patient. Every time same format of reply. I originally thought it was written by a machine. Product actually was sent from china after the purchase, not locally. Misleading information from the website. Bad experience and not trustworthy website. Never buy again!
Excellent service. Took about 3 weeks to come from China to Australia. Honest Good price for a replacement Yamaha soundbar. Works perfectly. Thank you Fruggo.
Delivery fees are ridiculous! Don't drink the koolaid! The product price may look good, but when you get to the delivery fees, they are very pricy.
In general I was happy with the service. Problem with the delivery time, but I was given a good tracker which was accurate. Emma L was a great help in keeping me up to date and on follow up communication.
Would I use them again? Yes if I find the right quality of product at the right price!

Ich habe im juni etwas bestellt und nach über einem monat mich über den standpunkt des paketes erkundigt. Es hiess es sei in einer stadt 1 stunde weg von mit, seit 15 tagen. Ich schrieb dem support und es hiess, das paket ging verloren. Ok. Habe nochmals adresse geschickt und sie haben gesagt sie würden ein neues schicken was innert 13 tage ankommen sollte. 15 tage später schaue ich auf der tracking site nach. Und das paket wurde anscheinend geliefert. In DEUTSCHLAND. Ich wohne in der schweiz und laut der tracking info kam es nie in der schweiz an. Ich schrieb dem support wieder und es hiess ICH hätte das paket durch unterschrift angenommen. Und ich solle gefälligst mit meiner lokalen post in kontakt treten. Obwohl ihre tracking info die sie mir gegeben haben nicht von der post anerkannt wird. Erspart euch dieses verzweifeln und bestellt bitte woanders. Ich habe diesen fehler gemacht obwohl ich schon ähnliche kommentare gelesen hatte und dache es würde mir aber nicht passieren. Finger weg
My item never arrived and Fruugo told me to claim from the post office it never arrived at! Made absolutely no sense. Refused to get me a refund from the seller…completely indifferent to the customer experience. Stay away from Fruugo…not to be trusted.
The site is localized for my country, so it looked, after a google search, to be legit. Unfortunately, after the item didn't ship from AUSTRIA (not my country, not even my content) a deeper dig showed how much of a bluff this is.
The automatic localization bugs showed it was not a local company... no customer service...
I will need to cancel with my credit card, and buy again.

I asked for an aftershave which they have to send me from the US.
I did not realize at the time (nor did they notify me either) of the restrictions that the US government has on international air shipments of products containing alcohol. And therefore it is almost 100% certain that I will never receive it.
I requested the cancellation of the order and refund of its amount. They tell me they can't do it because the order has already been shipped.
They give me a tracking number that does not exist (I have already seen in this forum that it is a common practice of these people).
I ask for the correct number and they don't even answer me. I contact them through PayPal and they don't answer me.
Today they finally responded to me but they still do not provide me with a valid tracking number. They just tell me to keep waiting. I have asked you to please tell me which transport company is responsible for the delivery of my order since I have lost all my trust in Fruugo. I am waiting for an answer.
I will not buy anything in this store again because I feel cheated and I advise you not to do it either so that the same does not happen to you.
I ordered an item with express delivery.
I recieved the tracking number but royal mail hadn't even received the item.
I contacted company and the seller twice.
I had no response.
I left a review on trustpiolt which clearly caught their attention.
I was met with a response of delivery times, which I was fully aware of. So this proved unhelpful.
By this point the item was meant to of been delivered but royal mail still had the same message on screen.
I finally receive a message from the seller saying the item wasnt in stock, they would re stock the following day and I'll receive it 2 days after that.
The problem is I keep telling them to refund me because the item was never shipped in the first place and as a customer who read their terms and conditions should be refunded.
So that was a further 3 messages ago. And still nothing!
Now I'm taking them to Trading standards as I've screenshotted all the evidence.
The lack of customer service is disgraceful.
Please avoid this company at all costs!

Non-existent customer service, they send phony messages promising your product & they don't deliver. I've been waiting 2 months & nothing yet! I've been scammed!+
First, Fruugo is not a retailer, so you are not ordering from them, but some unknown 3rd party, who may be international. I ordered an expensive phone case, which was shipped with no tracking number. It never arrived. Now the 3rd party retailer states the shipping address was incorrect. I always ship to billing address, so it was correct enough to charge my credit card. What kind of operation ships international with no tracking number? Stay away from FRUUGO!
Bought a heater from here that claimed up to 2000 watts output, woke up in the morning even after having it on blast and it was as cold in my place as it would be with no heater on at all. Beyond subpar daewoo product. Never again. Was around like 50 dollars usd with shipping internationally and my 12 dollar family dollar heater does better. Completely unacceptable.
